   this would be awesome to match the verbiage that is on the RC EX App. Desk phone pair is workaround in some cases but not all case. IE if you are CX agent you can't have desk phone pairing if you still use EX for internal calls on non-CX calls.

    there are times you log into the service web/admin portal on another computer, and you shouldn't have log into your web app for some admin features and the portal for other features.
