Customers think I’m just another toll free scammer and my whole company has been built around this phone number. If I can’t get this feature of displaying my company name as the caller id with this number I’m going to have to find another service that can make it happen. Thank you, hoping this gets considered.

Numbers are now considered as spam most of the time. It's important for the company to make sure the call will be answered, and for the client to make sure they're not replying to a spam call.

Please find a way to attach an outbound caller ID on toll free phone numbers. Our company name is currently displayed as a personal contact name of an employee and does not reflect well on Ring Central.

Obviously needed

This is a very important feature as customers are reluctant to answer calls from callers they do not recognize.

We are losing customers because they will not answer our call thinking the # is spam without a name attached. This is extremely critical.

This is a requirement from one of our customers and is very important for the end users to recognize who is calling.

This is critical for client to recognize our number so that they answer the calls and follow-ups from us. It will be affecting our customer service and sales if not fixed immediately.

I would like to be able to have my business number identified by the company name as well with this feature please
