Call Display visible when calls are transferred from Reception
Currently when a call is transferred to an agent from Reception you are not able to see the call display number, you can only see "Main Admin". It would be helpful for the person who is receiving the call to be able to see who is calling.

This is a thing many of our users have commented on. A transferred call appears the same as a call initiated by the transferring user.

This is the same problem our firm has with transferred calls, we can only see the number of our main line come through and not that of the actual caller's ID information when a call is transferred to us. So confusing as to whether it is the receptionist calling us or its an outside call.
