Hi. Thanks for submitting/commenting on the idea. Would that be meeting your need if we can show to all members just the number of calls waiting in queue?

This is one of the features that we lost by moving to Ring Central EX. Our staff complain about not having visibility into how many callers are waiting in queue. Please prioritize this feature enhancement for the EX call queues. Live reports (part of call queue booster license) does provide some visibility but is licensed separately making it somewhat cost prohibitive to add that license to all queue members. This should be a feature available directly in the app.

we need to be able to forward voicemail messages to another message only extension. It appears we can forward to a user extension but not to another group.
