    In RingCentral EX, the AI transcription and call notes should display who I was talking to. If I was talking to a receptionist, it should show their name, after the call is transferred it should show the caller's name/phone number.

    Currently, the transcript shows that I was talking to the receptionist for the whole call. This is incorrect. I would like to mention that in RingSense AI the transcription is correct. It shows when I was talking to the receptionist and when I was talking with the caller.
