I am not happy with the new UI and before the UI changed for Users for Call Handling and Custom Rules it looked the same as Call Queues and had the option for "Validate Rules" to make sure that no rules were conflicting. I did testing and found that there was no way of telling if the rules were conflicting and it just allowed the rule to be turned on without any type of warning.This NEEDS to be re-implemented into the system because now it is not telling my 13+ warehouse managers if there is a conflicting rule when they're…

  8. Kindly allow RingCentral App Admin to disable the option for the user to change the Caller ID from the RingCentral App. There's currently an option to disable the outbound caller ID from the Admin Portal. However, this only pertain when a user is using a Deskphone and RC Phone App.

  10. Feature Request: Enhanced Device Presence and Call Monitoring for Mitel 6930 IP Phone

    Current Behavior: Mitel's device presence features allow users to see the availability of colleagues (busy, idle, etc.). However, there's limited functionality for monitoring incoming calls on another user's phone.

    Desired Behavior: Enhance device presence and call monitoring capabilities for the Mitel 6930 IP Phone to include:
