Ability of the Admin to Configure "Launch an external app or website for incoming calls" For All Users
The "Launch an external app or website for incoming calls" can be configured by individual user. I want a feature wherein the super admin or admin of the account has the capability to configure it for all of the users

The ability to automatically launch an external application or web site needs to be under administrative control by default and disabled by default.
The ability of the end user to enable and self configure this option is an edge case in my opinion. -

If RingCentral doesn't have the quality control necessary to review code that enables browsers to launch to "goole.com" for users indiscriminately, then admins need to be enabled to toggle this feature organization wide.
This was a large obstacle to workflow and caused security concerns within my organization. This software is simply too expensive for an issue like this to go days without being addressed, this feature needs to be added so admins can mitigate the issue until RC can implement fixes.

this is feature is causing people to think they have Malware with popup happening "randomly".

If RingCentral is going to willy-nilly enable this for customers, they need to be able to let the admins turn it off company-wide.
