All Company #'s Available for SMS amongst multiple users NOT JUST operator extension
It seems SMS use of main company numbers ARE only accessible through the SINGLE dedicated operator. It would be very very helpful to have these numbers accessible for SMS capabilities across other users in the account. You are limiting a very important communications tool and feature to ONE user on the account when we have several users over several locations. either allow other users to have "OPERATOR" features or allow other users access to MAIN COMPANY numbers from the RC APP to sms directly. With so much spam these days, customers want to recognize who is texting them and they are used to seeing our company number.

For text messaging on ring central. allowing all users of ring central to receive text messages simultaneously from the main number. This will allow all users to see text thread and reply to customers when other users are not available or have ended their shift. Closing the gap or potential for customers to not be responded to or getting a response in a timely fashion.

Many customers have been asking to be able to send SMS using their main number (not just the operator)Aside from sending, they want to have a general visibility on SMS received on the main number and be able to respond as the main number as well for branding and corporate identity.Operators, Receptionists, Managers can easily check and respond to SMS sent to their main number without having to re-assign operator extension or login using a different extension.
