analytics retention policy
it would be better if we can go back to our analytics report for more than 6 months, at least 1 yr to 2 yrs, so we can compare our statistics from the previous year to this date/year

I can't believe this is not already a feature. We've lost a whole year of data because your representatives never explained that data is only available for six months. This is causing us a hardship with our grants. I am now looking into other providers to switch away from RC for this very issue. It appears to have been a long-time request that you ignore and was always standard on our previous providers. Even though we don't use our previous system I can still retrieve reports from several years past... but not with you! Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!

As a leader in our organization, I would really appreciate the ability to run analytics on whole the previous year. The outreach done through RingCentral is a crucial part of our outreach and metrics.

It would be great if the Data Retention could be longer especially with the data in the Analytics Portal as some information is needed for more than just 6 months.
