  4. When the queue has no active members, it should be skipped, rather than the system polling and confirming that the queue is empty and forcing callers to wait while the system performs that check.

  5. Individuals who forget to remove themselves from call queues cause an inconvenience when they do so. Calls can be missed, forwarded to voicemail, or left waiting for the next in the queue. If it were possible to schedule one's self to be removed from the queue, it would improve customer service, as well as preventing other members of the queue from being inconvenienced by having to wait for the call to be forwarded.

  6. When adding a contact in the glip desktop app, if you enter the company's name under "Company Name", it will not populate when sending a new fax and searching for the name. It will work if you enter the company's name under "First Name".

  7. Would like speed dials to be added to the phone to Park a call (P1, P2, P3 and P4). If someone calls in, I would like to press one of the speed dials and put the person on hold and then I can call upstairs or downstairs to the person they want to talk to and tell them that on P1 is so and so for them. They can go to there phone or any phone and press P1 button to talk to them

  8. Can you add an option for recurring to be bi weekly or bi monthlyI am trying to create schedules and these schedules change every 2 weeks so I have to make them all individual instead of just once and allowing it to recur.

  11. I use a lot of different zaps with Glip. Manually adding users to each team is time consuming. I'd like to be able to assign users to groups and then assign those groups to each Team. That way I can add a new user to a group and have them automatically added to each team chats that that group is a member of.

  12. When an Administrator inputs a certain date for the Data Retention Policy, previous messages stay intact. We would like to see the previous messages prior to the time of entry to no longer be visible. If you click the 'Learn More' link on the UI, it goes to a non-existent link so the product feedback is 'please improve the text' for this feature, there is no indication that the retention policy STARTS from the time of entry.

  13. In the RingCentral Salesforce integration, we can only send SMS messages to contacts. If you add more than one destination phone number, the system sends the message as individual SMS'. Instead, we would like a group message to be created. This is possible in the RC mobile and desktop apps.

  16. requesting to use authenticator apps when logging in to the Ringcentral for the 1st time. Aside from the security code sent via email, it would be easier if we can approve/ confirm the access via an app on mobile or computer.

  17. We use 3-digit office extension numbers. if you pause for a few seconds while direct-dialing another extension the call will time out. I want to be able to adjust the length of time to complete a 3-digit extension dial to 5, 10 and 15 seconds.

  18. Custom roles and permissions are currently available only for RingCentral Office Premium and Ultimate subscribers. That should be a standard feature and should be available to Standard subscribers.Not having access to custom roles limits our ability to hide messages, meetings, and teams from our users - functionality that we already get from Microsoft Teams. Seeing these redundant features in the RingCentral app will only confuse our users and make their experience objectively worse. We use RingCentral strictly for phones and should not need to pay extra to get access to fewer features.

  19. The ability to duplicate the default "all employee group" on GLIP would be nice for internal company-wide notifications that are of a different subject matter. Currently, we use the "all employee group" for IT issues only. If I want to create a separate group to notify everyone of events, for example, each user I want to contact must be input individually. This easily becomes an issue if your org has 100+ users and is hiring new people all the time (they'd need to be added on an ongoing basis, which is hard to maintain!).
