  3. A setting that would allow us to customize the default greeting for our user's conference line. Currently, when a client calls into a meeting, it says "welcome to the ringcentral conference line." We would like it to say "Welcome to the {Company Name} conference line." It adds a level of professionalism to the process for us. We were able to do it with Dialpad/UberConference but we just recently switched to RingCentral and were disappointed to find that we could not customize this greeting.

  4. Our users will be alerted to the park every 30 seconds until it is answered. This will help on our floor to make sure that a parked call does not go unanswered.

  5. Good morning,We would like to schedule meetings using our default mac osx calendar with our RingCentral GLIP app, opposed to using Office 365 or Google. When will GLIP integrate with Apple's Mac OSX Calendar? This is a very need feature we would find very helpful if implemented.

  6. The request is to allow BYOC numbers to be imported as an Unassigned User. The current process is to add BYOC numbers as: Auto-Receptionist, Audio Conferencing, Meetings, or Extension. It becomes a manual process to associate the BYOC DID to the user.

  8. Currently, the call log portion of the app doesn't include calls that resulted in voicemails, even in missed calls. This seems weird. Voicemails can continue to be separated into their own section, but why cant I find the call in the "All Calls" section?

  11. This is mostly a privacy concern, but also is very confusing for new users. When a new user is "selecting" their emergency address, this field should either show only the main company address, maybe also show any additional addresses from multi-site mode. If this isn't possible then it should just not auto-populate at all. Having it list all user addresses that have ever been entered is not acceptable. Granted, this list does not show which address belongs to whom, but seeing thousands of addresses that belong to current and past employees in a list like this should not be a…

  12. Hi right now the phone calls are set to go to my assistant Melissa 5 days a week. But on her days off, they go to my other assistant Tania. This is set up through a custom routing schedule. WE NEED THE SAME CAPABILITY FOR TEXT MESSAGES TO BE AUTOMATICALLY DIRECTED TO THE PERSON ASSIGNED TO ANSWERING THE PHONE. I am a realtor and most of our business is done through text. Thanks

We have set up currently a call Queue for our Consumer Lines so that we can see in our reporting if a customer presses 1 for website or orders, press 2 for product questions, etc we can see how many customers have issues in these categories and how often. We do not want VM for these call Queue's, we are trying to get our customers to email instead and my recording even states to send email.

  16. We have cases from Customer's who do not like the fact that when callers reach a UC IVR menu they can dial extension numbers as well as the configured "Key presses" within the IVR. The Customers believe that they should be able to turn off this extension dialing so that only the configured key presses work and route calls.

There should be an admin app. It should have one page that gives an overview of the users and their status as well as all of the current callers.I should be able to see how many customers are waiting in the Queues. Also have a button on each call for the listen/whisper/barge feature and listen to the recording of recent calls.
