Migrated from GoTo (Jive) to RingCentral a few months ago. The call quality and app have been superior to GoTo. However, GoTo has you beat on Apple Watch call/next notifications. Please fix this. I didn't realize how much I missed this feature and it's beginning to be a real issue in my business.

This is critical; i get notify that i missed a call; however, i don't get notify that i have an incoming call!

5 years and this still has not been implemented? Why? Absolutely no excuse not to have this functionality.

New customer here wondering why my watch doesn’t ring or even get a notification

I can get message notifications but no phone call notifications. This is ridiculous.

I figured this would be a given feature. As it seems incredibly simple, add Apple Watch support for notifications. It's 2025, people have been asking for years for a basic feature.

Please add apple watch app. Seems like Ring central is missing a very basic feature.

This gets more important everyday as I miss calls, texts, and / or notifications.

Why is this not possible??? So frustrating...

I get every notification on my watch except for the MOST important one. An incoming call. Why? This is business critical and if I miss a call, then I miss a chance to grow my business. Please fix this. I couldn't care less about taking a call on my watch, but please let me see when I have a call coming in.

I miss a lot of calls because my Apple Watch doesn’t ring like my normal phone would.

Integration for answering calls from Apple Watch would be excellent. Executives at my company are requesting this in order to not miss phone calls.

I am having the same issue, it was working on my Apple watch at one point. I don't see why this can't be allowed to function. Can you give us and update on the status of this functionality?

It’s incomprehensible that my watch doesn’t notify me of incoming calls. I don’t need ability to answer it from the watch. Just notify me when I have an incoming call. It doesn’t seem that difficult.

Myself and several coworkers have been lobbying to change to a different VOIP system because of lack of Apple Watch support. We want to be informed of incoming calls in the most efficient way possible.

Receiving calls is of UTMOST importance. The new "features" where RingCentral tries to be like zoom have no interest to us.

This is dealbreaker for us. We keep our phones on silent all the time and rely heavily on call notification from apple watch on our wrist to know someone is calling. We are loosing business by missing calls. If this feature is not delivered soon then RingCentral will loose us.

Definitely add this feature, I need to take calls on my watch. I may need to reconsider my relationship with ring central
