  1. RC currently has "announcement only" extensions available.If you transfer a caller to the extension, it plays the announcement and then HANGS UP. It seems to me that "Announcement Only" extensions would be much more useful if you had a choice what to do after the announcement was over instead of just HANGING UP.   3. The task function is great but my employees forget to check tasks on regular basis so we DESPERATELY need a task notification feature. Here is how I would implement:Show notification for how many open tasks assigned to me on the left shelf task / notes / events icon. The notification should look similar to what a team/direct message notification looks like with a number for how many open tasks. It should have different colours depending on due status.   9. In the RingCentral Salesforce integration, we can only send SMS messages to contacts. If you add more than one destination phone number, the system sends the message as individual SMS'. Instead, we would like a group message to be created. This is possible in the RC mobile and desktop apps.

RingCentral Office voicemail recordings are retained indefinitely until deleted by the end user by one of three methods; RingCentral Service Portal, Google Chrome Extension, or by manually dialing into the voicemail box and deleting the message. Allow from a system administrator level the ability to set a new/old message retention period.

  12. Our subsidiaries do not want to see the parent company name at the top of their app. We have multiple DBAs and each is represented by a Site. I would like each user to see the name of their site rather than the parent company name.

  14. Currently, only the Corporate Directory is automatically integrated with the RingCentral account's Company directory. There should also be a way where the Contact Directory can be automatically integrated with the RingCentral account's Company directory as well, rather than having the users manually add in their contacts locally on the device.This would greatly benefit users because it'll save them from having to manually enter in each contact

  15. Adding contact from last received number to a common company library rather than saving the number to the user profile. This allows us to trace all contacts and interactions added and there is no duplications of contacts to the company contact library.Currently if 1 user saves the number the other 2 users cannot see it as the contacts if they themselves save it to their profiles. I wish if there was common RC Contact directory where all the phone numbers saved that can be used by all the users.

  16. Ability to setup rules as a company or user that would dynamically change the outbound caller ID based upon the area code being called. Ex. If you have a 972 area code and 469 area code as a company number, if you call someone with a 972 area code your caller ID would show your 972 phone number on the caller ID. If you dial a 469 area code your outbound caller id would show your 469 phone number. If you dial an area code without a rule setup, your default caller id would show.

  17. I have been searching high and low. We have Acuity and there is only a Zapier type of thing but it doesn't do anything to help. This is HUGE Zoom integrate with all Calendar apps.

We recently were informed that a user received a fraud attempt via text message to her RingCentral number, but we have no way to search our system for any others who may have received this message to take corrective action. This would be a very useful feature as more communication is done via text channels and fraud attempts are on the rise.

  19. I use a lot of different zaps with Glip. Manually adding users to each team is time consuming. I'd like to be able to assign users to groups and then assign those groups to each Team. That way I can add a new user to a group and have them automatically added to each team chats that that group is a member of.
