  1. Our subsidiaries do not want to see the parent company name at the top of their app. We have multiple DBAs and each is represented by a Site. I would like each user to see the name of their site rather than the parent company name.

  2. We as super admin should be able to have SMS logs. Users shouldn't have an option to delete text messages and faxes but to view it. Add it on the custom roles please

  3. I have been searching high and low. We have Acuity and there is only a Zapier type of thing but it doesn't do anything to help. This is HUGE Zoom integrate with all Calendar apps.

  4. Hi there,We just made an internal investigation and not all of the conference call are being recorded. Why is that so? Your Facebook Support said that it isn't possible but we were able to record conference calls that we use for training. But, when we pull up other calls for other customers, call recordings are incomplete and only saved Inbound and Outbound calls. All conference or 3-way calls are not recorded.

  5. I use a lot of different zaps with Glip. Manually adding users to each team is time consuming. I'd like to be able to assign users to groups and then assign those groups to each Team. That way I can add a new user to a group and have them automatically added to each team chats that that group is a member of.

  7. When sending a fax through the RC app there is only an option for the sender's fax number, cover page, note and attachment. There isn't an option for the recipient's To, Company and Phone. If you want to add this info you need to add it to the Notes section at the bottom of the cover page which doesn't look as professional.

  9. The task function is great but my employees forget to check tasks on regular basis so we DESPERATELY need a task notification feature. Here is how I would implement:Show notification for how many open tasks assigned to me on the left shelf task / notes / events icon. The notification should look similar to what a team/direct message notification looks like with a number for how many open tasks. It should have different colours depending on due status. Grey notification with number of tasks if task is due in the future or has no date. Orange notification if any tasks…

RingCentral Office voicemail recordings are retained indefinitely until deleted by the end user by one of three methods; RingCentral Service Portal, Google Chrome Extension, or by manually dialing into the voicemail box and deleting the message. Allow from a system administrator level the ability to set a new/old message retention period.

  12. If you would like to use a pre-recorded prompt from your Prompts Library on an extension's greeting, currently you have to download it from the Prompts Library and re-upload it to the extension. There should be an option to use the Prompts Library on an extension's greeting.

We recently were informed that a user received a fraud attempt via text message to her RingCentral number, but we have no way to search our system for any others who may have received this message to take corrective action. This would be a very useful feature as more communication is done via text channels and fraud attempts are on the rise.

  20. Ability to setup rules as a company or user that would dynamically change the outbound caller ID based upon the area code being called. Ex. If you have a 972 area code and 469 area code as a company number, if you call someone with a 972 area code your caller ID would show your 972 phone number on the caller ID. If you dial a 469 area code your outbound caller id would show your 469 phone number. If you dial an area code without a rule setup, your default caller id would show.
