New Layout Dial Pad: (To “merge” conference the call, need to click on “Call list” then hover over call on hold and select the “merge” option)This is making it harder for our users to "Merge' calls. Can we get the functionality added back into the new app? Workaround: Switch the MVP App to the Old Layout but we don't know how long it will be around.

  2. A small but impactful feature that other systems we've used have is an audio tone/cue when a call is disconnected, whether abruptly or when a call is naturally ended. For anyone using a softphone and using multiple windows on a screen, sometimes it is hard to know if the call was disconnected or if the window is lost somewhere on the screen. Time is spent double checking if a call is still active or not rather than having something notify you appropriately.

  3. Need the ability to mark all unread SMS and voicemail messages as read. Currently, we only have the delete option when you select Edit on Unread Messages (SMS & VM).

  6. What we are trying to do is remove the ability of the users who are in a call queue from turning off their call queue calls. We would like to remove this option or grey it out so the queue users cannot change it.

  8. The default timeout value for Call Park, Public Call Park, and Park Locations is five minutes. Need to have the ability to increase or decrease the duration of your Call Park Timeout.

  9. Submitting a feature request on behalf of the customer to add the Call Monitoring feature on HUD for Mobile app (IOS and Android). We replicated the issue on Android but there's no option to monitor the call.Checked the Support site:https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Monitoring-live-calls-in-the-RingCentral-app.html?brand=RingCentral&product=MVP&language=en_USThe monitoring of live calls is only available to the RC desktop app

  12. Especially with numbers tied to either a mobile user, call queues, and/or message-only extensions to be used to receive faxes and calls. It would be nice to be able to use it as an outbound caller ID since the number is considered as a company number.

  15. This feature was present in previous versions but is missing in the current release. In my job, I juggle 9+ windows on 3 screens, and the call window often gets lost behind others during calls. Keeping it on top ensures easy access while multitasking.

  18. It seems SMS use of main company numbers ARE only accessible through the SINGLE dedicated operator. It would be very very helpful to have these numbers accessible for SMS capabilities across other users in the account. You are limiting a very important communications tool and feature to ONE user on the account when we have several users over several locations. either allow other users to have "OPERATOR" features or allow other users access to MAIN COMPANY numbers from the RC APP to sms directly.   20. External guests are being blocked or automatically disabled after creating free accounts for RingCentral Messaging using either the browser version or the desktop app. Can't add external guest users to our contacts who are using a free account nor they can't use RingCentral Messaging at all.
