  2. We see area codes, sometimes many for a single country, and even if the visible area codes are enabled it just says that the user is 'not authorized to make the call'. We have to call in to determine that the number is blacklisted for fraud and a form request must be sent in to the fraud team to unlock the blocked number.If a different message presented, or if the billing area included the codes that are blacklisted, it would just make this easier to know that a request needs to be sent to whitelist the number. Currently, the RingCentral App automatically logs users out after 14 days of inactivity for security reasons.   4. A small but impactful feature that other systems we've used have is an audio tone/cue when a call is disconnected, whether abruptly or when a call is naturally ended. For anyone using a softphone and using multiple windows on a screen, sometimes it is hard to know if the call was disconnected or if the window is lost somewhere on the screen. Time is spent double checking if a call is still active or not rather than having something notify you appropriately.

New Layout Dial Pad: (To “merge” conference the call, need to click on “Call list” then hover over call on hold and select the “merge” option)This is making it harder for our users to "Merge' calls. Can we get the functionality added back into the new app? Workaround: Switch the MVP App to the Old Layout but we don't know how long it will be around.

  16. Kindly allow RingCentral App Admin to disable the option for the user to change the Caller ID from the RingCentral App. There's currently an option to disable the outbound caller ID from the Admin Portal. However, this only pertain when a user is using a Deskphone and RC Phone App.

  17. Please include the AfterShokz headset on the list of recommended headsets for the RingCentral app. One of the clients is using the AfterShokz headset due to the hearing situation/conditions and needs the headset to work properly with the RingCentral app.

  19. Use Case: As an Insurance Agent, I want to be able to make calls from the RingCentral Mobile App and have the call logs sync to Salesforce to allow for my manager to generate activity reports. Current functionality does not allow call log activities taken on the RingCentral Mobile App to sync call log activities to Salesforce. The user is looking to run reports in Salesforce to have a more comprehensive overview of their insurance agents. This will greatly help to view agent productivity by seeing all activity within Salesforce.
