This is critical for our RingCentral users who are working in healthcare to communicate with patients daily.

Our RingCentral users work in healthcare, we need to communicate with patients about their upcoming procedures and current medications. We're not able to receive or send any texts containing medication names. Sometimes patients reach out with urgent or time-sensitive questions regarding their medication and it causes problems when we can't receive those messages.
(example: ketamine, valium, xanax, etc.)
