We may have to start using a different phone system if Ring Central will not allow drug names to send over SMS. This is a critical issue for us and our patients. All drugs we have experienced this issue with (Ketamine, Valium) are FDA approved.

This is critical for our RingCentral users who are working in healthcare to communicate with patients daily.

Our RingCentral users work in healthcare, we need to communicate with patients about their upcoming procedures and current medications. We're not able to receive or send any texts containing medication names. Sometimes patients reach out with urgent or time-sensitive questions regarding their medication and it causes problems when we can't receive those messages.
(example: ketamine, valium, xanax, etc.)
