Ability to Disable Changing of Caller ID from RingCentral App
Kindly allow RingCentral App Admin to disable the option for the user to change the Caller ID from the RingCentral App. There's currently an option to disable the outbound caller ID from the Admin Portal. However, this only pertain when a user is using a Deskphone and RC Phone App.

Please!!! I have a tree, lawn, and pest company. I want our lawn technicians able to call from our lawn care company number. I want my pest technicians to be able to call from the pest control company number... and I do NOT want them messing up and calling from the wrong number, confusing our customers.

Have the ability to let a user choose only between assigned a primary number, company main line if applicable, and 2nd Direct Dial number that is specific assigned to that user.

Disable the option to choose outbound caller ID on the RingCentral app.
The customer doesn't want her agent to have the option to choose an outbound caller ID number using the RingCentral app. -

Same issue here, I confirmed with support that only the desktop app doesn't support this restriction which seems strange given it works in other areas when disabled by an admin.
