Call Monitoring feature for mobile app (IOS and Android)
Submitting a feature request on behalf of the customer to add the Call Monitoring feature on HUD for Mobile app (IOS and Android). We replicated the issue on Android but there's no option to monitor the call.Checked the Support site:https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Monitoring-live-calls-in-the-RingCentral-app.html?brand=RingCentral&product=MVP&language=en_USThe monitoring of live calls is only available to the RC desktop app

The Call Monitoring feature for mobile iOS and Android users is critically important. Call monitoring is a vital tool for quality assurance, training, and customer service improvement and would be used daily within our company. Furthermore, Call monitoring is a paid feature which remains inaccessible us. When we are paying for a feature that is functionally unavailable within the mobile experience, it erodes trust, devalues the subscription, and directly impacts customer satisfaction and retention.

This is a critical feature to be able to monitor what is happening in a salesroom. You need to be able to be behind a person and listen in as well as see there screen. Also if you don't want them to know that you are monitoring them it is much more discrete than using a lap top
