ability to remove/gray out call queue status toggle for call queue members when not allowed in service web
What we are trying to do is remove the ability of the users who are in a call queue from turning off their call queue calls. We would like to remove this option or grey it out so the queue users cannot change it.

This requirement is important as users are placed in a call queue as the business deems that they should be taking calls and does not expect them to be able to remove themselves from the queues.

If queue members can turn off queue calls, what is the point? Members will turn it off and we will never know.

What we are trying to do is remove the ability of the users who are in a call queue from turning off their call queue calls. I have included a screen shot (RingCentral Image) where the app provides the ability to turn off call queue calls. We would like to remove this option or grey it out so the queue users cannot change it. If the user is not on DND they are always expected to receive queue calls as well as their direct line calls.Ring Central Image 2 shows the admin view where I can see the queue user has disabled their queue calls despite having the 'Allow queue members to change the status' set to Not Allowed. I am aware I can toggle their queue calls back on but I do not want to have to do that. I want the user to be completely unable to disable their queue calls.
