  1. For MVP plans, we want a feature wherein once someone left a voicemail, it will not show the details of the caller. For Message-Only Extension it should not show as well the phone numbers that the caller dialed

  2. Some customers are unaware that they are under a contract or the contract was auto-renewed. Having the soft copy or documentation in the Admin Portal will be helpful to both the customer and RingCentral support.

  3. Please add an option to stop the help bubbles in the PC app. I know how to use the app and would like to not click on more things to click out of a bubble telling me where to go to make a call.

  5. Sometimes we want a user in a sequential call queue to be able to send an incoming call straight to voicemail. What happens now is if a user declines a call, it moves to the next user in the queue as expected, but we'd like to have the option to send to voicemail when a call is declined rather than ring the next person in the queue.

  7. We are able to log in to the admin portal and edit/customize our hold music anytime, but I cannot access the ability to edit/customize our park music. I would like them to be configured to be identical so it feels more uniform to our clients.

  11. Everytime the RingCentral app is downloaded on the desktop there's a red triangle that it says "Computer dont have enough memory" new version is getting too much memory on the computer, please have an option to lower down the memory of the app on the desktop.

  13. When creating performance reports for each rep all monitored calls are counted as a call taken by the monitoring agent. we would like to exclude these to get an accurate number of calls answered/taken.

  18. Our law firm has been inundated with spoofing-type calls. It interrupts our business day, fills our voicemail box, and is simply frustrating. A call trap option could help reduce these calls. Please develop an option for use with our Ring Central service.
