Internal call recording per user disable feature for automatic call recording
Requesting to add an internal call section under automatic call recording so that the main admin can have the option to disable it per userCurrently, we only have inbound and outbound for all calls per user under automatic call recording that we can enable or disable.

There are situations where calls transferred to our Claims department are being recorded. We've tried many different settings, but it is still happening. We need a way to ensure that calls to certain users or departments are never recorded.

We would like to have automatic recording on for all our users with the option to disable it on an as-needed-bases per call, per user.

This is an extremely critical suggestion that needs to be implemented. I'm at a loss as to how a company should handle coaching calls, reviews, etc. if everything is recorded.
