Recording Prompt - Number History
I was recently informed that when we record a prompt via Phone Call, there is no way to delete a number from the history even if the extension has been long deleted.
It would be best if there's a way to automatically remove an extension from the history if the extension is no longer listed as a user.1 vote -

RingEX Mobile app needs to work with Android Auto for calls.
RingEX for mobile needs to fully support audio for calls as a minimum, but also allow audio for meetings. Currently, users have to access the mobile handset to make or answer calls, or even see the details of a call. This means use of the app does not comply with UK law.
Teams, Zoom phone, etc can already do this.
Ring Central also have a blog post which says the following:RingCentral is compatible with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto so you can place calls and join meetings (audio only) while staying focused on the road.

Fax from RingCentral application contains last name
Hi team, Is there a possibility to hide/remove the last name of the user sending a fax from RC app using print to fax feature? Some of our staff member reported that they want to maintain their privacy and do not want their last name displayed in the fax that is being sent to recipients.

Hi there! I just had a quick question.. I am trying to use first orion to register my business so that my RingCentral phone numbers will show the business name when my agents outbound. They are asking for me to select a Service Provider but RingCentral does not come up as an option.

Caller ID
I would like the ability to arrange the order that my "My caller ID:" is listed. I have over 25 clear ID's and if I am not using full screen it does not show all my caller ID options. I'd like the ability to rearrange the color ideas in any order I would like or at least the ability to choose by name A- Z etc. or by number.
