  1. It would be nice to pre-assign a number (user, call queue, etc.) that is about to be ported into the account without having to map or replace an existing number. So that once it is ported in successfully, the number will be working as soon as possible.

  2. When a user logs into a hotdesk phone, the hotdesk phone number assigned to the device can now be called which rings the user that is logged into that device. When there is no one logged into the phone it routes the call to a default auto attendant. At minimum the phone numbers assigned to Hotdesk phones should not be able to be called.

Desired behavior: Would like to have the option in the app to disable prompt/update request Current behavior: The feature always asks EXE installer to update when the version is obsolete.To disable the update option upon installation of the app. Using the MSI installer (IT version) is not an option since not all users are part of the company and they do not have an IT to install the MSI version.

  7. Inbound call that is transferred to a different user should have one call leg call recording using the Admin portal page.An inbound call was answered by the user from the call queue. The agent transferred the call to a different user extension on the account. The system shows two different call recording legs since it is a transferred call. The customer wanted to have one leg call recording for the entire call duration to be available under the Call log tab from the Admin portal page.

  8. Please add the ability for Admin users to be able to review all messages (voicemails, texts, etc.) for all extensions on a RingCentral account.I run a CPA firm, and sometimes we have to verify information that is sent or communicated from clients. However, it is sometimes difficult to do that as a supervisor as only the subject extension can review specific messages.

  10. Contacts that I added on the Ring Central application is not appearing on the desk phone (VVX 450)It will be helpful I will not need to add it directly to the desk phone one by one and just add the contacts on the app and will sync it to the desk phone.

  13. It would be helpful to add a comments/notes field to the device order process to enter any information related to the order. IE: if for a specific project, group of new users or conference room/s that you do not have detail for yet or internal PO information, etc.... Anything that would help identify the order when you have multiple orders in progress for different for tasks.Could apply to additional number/POC requests.

  19. In the mobile app, users are able to see and access Paging Group Contacts under the Other tab. You can then click Page announcement and make a page. There is also an option to "Add to quick contacts". This works and shows up on both the mobile app and the desktop app, however you are unable to use the Contact in the desktop app. There is no way to easily create a simple way to page.   20. I would like to request an enhancement for our meeting scheduling feature. Currently, when scheduling a meeting using "meeting info," the meeting does not appear on the "Upcoming Meetings" tab, making it challenging for users who do not utilize Microsoft or Google calendars.Adding this functionality would greatly improve the user experience by enabling easy tracking of meetings scheduled through "meeting info."Thank you for considering this request.
