Thanks for this feature, but the existing voice message is slightly confusing - I would like to see that changed to something like - "To search by name, press the number that corresponds to the first letter of the name. For example, press 2 for names starting with A, or 6 for names starting with N. You can refer to the letters shown on your phone’s keypad.”

Because this is hard coded in English with puts clients who do business in Quebec in violation of the provincial language law.

We would like the ability to record all greetings within the system so that it all sounds the same.
