It is vital that our customers see our name when they receive a text from us. It is too easy to delete a text from a number that you don't recognize. I would think that a company as large as Ring Central would automatically have this feature. The fact we have to "vote" for this feature seems ridiculous. I agree with the other comments.. this is a NO BRAINER feature! Come on Ring Central. Do better.

Having this feature would allow proper distribution of incoming texts which are not appropriate to be received by the sender. It is a critical feature.

I need my text from my employees to display my business number or I am canceling my account. my customer acquistion cost is extremely high in insurance and I cant afford to not have my employees texts to be non-number

Phoen call ID and sms Id should be identica, this is a no braner feature.

This is very important for customers who would like to have responses to SMS go to a single number. I.E. Appointment Reminders
