  1. I have multiple sites enabled, but the default "Main Site" can't be changed. Give us admins the option to change the "Main Site" to something more usefule that will make it easier to know what site "main site" is.

  2. We would like to be able to set desktop notifications to display until acknowledged, so that we do not miss any notifications for incoming messages, missed calls, or voicemails. At this point in time, the Windows notification settings dictate how long the message window is displayed, with a max time of 5 minutes, which still can easily get missed.

  3. In the current state Call Delegates are not able to access/respond to SMS messages. The solution from technical support was that the user should share their RC login with their delegate. This is an obviously unacceptable solution and also not possible in our case where SSO is implemented. It is incoherent to encourage sign-on security and immediately undercut that so that a delegate can support another user account.

  4. Prior to an account migration desk phones (such as Polycom VVX311, VVX411, VVX601) would only show the users name on the first 2 presence lines. Now, if no presence entries have already been manually added by the user, every line shows the users name.This is apparantly from the receiving account being on a newer version (v22) than the originating account (v21). This should be changed back to the user only showing on the first two lines.

As a refuse hauler dealing with a couple thousand customers, it would be beneficial to be able to upload a CSV file of our clients on routes to send a text message from RingCentral that all would receive at the same time. Alerts reguarding Holiday pickup schedule, route changes, and past due bill.

  9. Currently call logs are sent by email at a fairly random time (perhaps the time of day when originally set up?). It'd be good to allow for a time of day (even a select menu for each hour) which would mean fewer "In Progress" calls are included if set to be middle of the night.

  10. We have no main company phone number. I recommend allowing the caller ID label "Main Company" to be edited or removed. This will prevent people from assigning an outgoing caller ID number that is not their site's when they think it is.

  12. Administrators would like to disallow users from making changes to their individual user info but still be able to change their voicemail PIN. When unchecking user info, the user is not able to change their voicemail pin. The request is to be separate those permissions.

  15. After a fax is sent, then download it (using icon on right). It defaults to downloading to the local PC Downloads folder. However, in a business environment, we must be able to customize this to download to another drive and folder. Storing to local PC is not good.

  19. The request is to add something like a recycle bin where delete numbers can sit for ~30 days before they get wiped from the account. Admins have to do a lot of moves, adds, changes, deletes and there is a chance that they might delete a DID by accident. There is no undo button when a number has been quickly and accidentally deleted. Phone numbers in the Recycle Bin should still have the last DID name it was assigned. Additionally, phone number in the Recycle Bin should show what it was last assigned to. Admins should be able to restore…

  20. I would like a feature to block faxes with specific words in them as the spammers just use different numbers to get around one specific phone number being blocked. Every week there's Roofing, Gutter Cleaning, Psychic Workshops, Inner Healing and so on. It's time-consuming to have to block individual numbers only for the same scammer to fax us the following day on another number that isn't blocked.
