  1. Can we please have a more streamlined "Receptionist" HUD view that isn't full of the messages on the right and that is controlled by the Admin? Make it easier for a Receptionist/Switch Board person to easily see all user's status and drag and drop phone call transfers. Just a listing of extensions, their status and the phone. The current Phone/HUD/Extensions list is separate for each user and there is no ability to set a "main profile/look" for ALL users as an admin. Plus for a big organization, that current list can be LONG and not a quick and easy view…

  2. Currently, even though a group manager can view call logs from members of his group, they must first select the extension they want to view, otherwise no call logs are available to view. Please fix the filters, so that when all extensions are selected, all call logs are available. See the screenshot attached - it shows that All extensions are selected, but nothing is visible. Please fix.

  3. Right now RC has a "wrap time" feature which is a great idea! However, it does not work when applied to a user who is extended over many call queues. According to the RC tech support rep I spoke with, wrap time is call queue specific and applies to each queue separately. For example:Let's say Sandy is assigned to Queue A and Queue B and 1min wrap time is assigned to each queue. Sandy completes a call from Queue A and starts wrap time of 1min to finish her work.   4. Please work on adding an option in the portal's Greeting / hold music section for an option to record or TTS a message that plays as an "interruption" or break when callers are on HOLD - with a time selection of interrupt every 20, 30 , 60 sec / 2 minutes or 5.

  9. I have around 5 RingCentral phone numbers. When I am in the middle of a call, I want to see the current phone number that the desktop soft phone application is using. I would like this displayed prominently in the blue ribbon at the top of the page to the right of the search field

  10. Now that I have two offices in two different US states, I need to be able to select which fax number I'm faxing out from. Each fax number can have its own specific Cover Page Info. To fax out from an email, perhaps I could type either xxxxxxxxxx@rcfax1.com or xxxxxxxxxx@rcfax2.com

  11. As a Super Admin I would like visibility into ALL the cases that were opened under the company I administer. Without such a view it is incredibly difficult for an admin to track the status of issues and ensure that things are being resolved as needed. Furthermore, when multiple people administer the company, there is a greater tendency of duplicating tickets and efforts.

  12. It would be a great add in Service Web or via Billing team to have the possiblity to bill each cost centers independantly. Right now invoices are made per account and companies have to ventilate on their own with the detail from this invoice.

  14. With our company, we want to set the prompt repeat times about once or twice times. And then the call of our customers will be transfered to the Customer Service team to pick up if our customers don't press any options. We don't want our customers must wait so long to wait.

  15. We fax to many companies and lenders that are NOT contacts. We would like the ability to fill in the fax cover sheet manually, not make a contact first. That is very time consuming and not a good use of time.

  16. Currently, when adding a new local number to the account via admin portal there is no way to search for a specific number. Instead you must view all available numbers and refresh or go through a list.It would be more convenient to have the ability to search for a specific number beyond the area code when looking at numbers to add to the account.

  17. The ability to set a different call recording announcement for internal and external calls.Reasoning here is that internal team members already know that calls are recorded and why. Having the same call recording announcement whenever an internal call is made or when a call is being transferred internally slows things down and becomes frustrating for team members.This is particularly an issue for Redmayne Bentleys traders where time is of the essence when making these calls.

A lot of tickets are generated to IT when RC announce an update with a pop-up window because the X to close is transparent and people just don’t see it.However, the pop-up prevents them from using the app.Please make the 'X' more visible so that the window can be easily closed to allow access to the app.

  19. Since Ring Central is for calls both incoming and outgoing it would be nice to be able to add contacts that the company uses such as vendors you work with, site contacts, etc.. Currently you can only add "Personal Contacts" which only the user can reference. Essentially a rolodex of contacts the company uses.
