Set Up Company Outbound Caller Name (CNAM) for UK accounts
It is useful for the company and the called party as the called party would instantly see who is calling them, instead of just a number.

Hi, can we update the status on this feature request.
There is now a CNAM field in the admin portal for UK accounts, so surely this is implemented.This KB article https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Outbound-Caller-ID-Overview.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingEX&language=en_US
is about US, and mentions Canada and "other countries"
Can it also be updated to include changes relevant to UK. -

This is critical as more and more people simply refuse to answer calls from numbers they do not recognise.
One of our large customers actually instructs its employees not to answer calls from numbers they do not recognise for fear of being caught out in Spam calls ectThis is therefore absolutely critical.
