Allow Admin to Change Website/Location & other information in Glip Profile of End User
I would like to have the ability, as an admin, to change User Details within end Users' Glip App. Currently, there is no way to edit Location/Website and other details within an End Users RC Application. I can edit details in Admin Portal > Users with Extensions > User Details, however different fields are available for edit within the App profile. VVX Polycom firmware Screen Text Size
For Polycom VVX series phones, we've had coimplaints that the text size on the screen is very small and hard to read for many of our employees. I see in the VVX manuals there is a way to increase that (I believe just a large or small setting) and that option is not available when I look at the firmware settings where it is indicated it will be on the rental/purchased phones we have. Add extra option to send to extension or voicemail When members are available, but no members answer, or all members are busy or unavailable
On the Call Queue settings under "Call Handling & Members > Wait Settings" there is a drop down for "When members are available, but no members answer, or all members are busy or unavailable".But the only option showing in the drop down is "Wait". Can you please add further options such as "Voicemail" or "Extension" ?Currently when all team members are busy and click Ignore, the call will just re-ring on all members phones again. This is especially an issue for small teams.

Settings need to stay between sessions
Right now, we have users whose settings change when they restart their computer. One in particular is their audio settings. They use a different speaker source for calls than the default computer speaker. The settings keep reverting back to the computer default instead of the user selected output.

Paying the bill.
It would be great for these who wish to pay their bill with a simple click instead of having to add a card make the payment and the deleting the card. One time payments with using prepaid cards would help.

See with having only the operator having the company text then if they are gone we have to use our line and then the customer gets our number and stops calling the main number

Caller ID for every extension
I would like for separate caller ID for everyone in the company to make it a personal touch for our clients. We also have different companies and would like to have different caller id to show for that other company also.

Calendar View to adjust to users current time zone issue when selecting the All Day Checkbox
We have employees in all time zones. When I add an all day calendar event in CST timezone, then the employee in PST timezone sees it incorrectly. CST Timezone entry 12 AM CST to 12 PM CST. PST employee sees it as 10 PM PST (the day before) due to the time difference of 2 hours.

Allow different language settings for individual user settings, such as voicemail greetings
Right now the system greetings pull from the user's language setting, it would be useful to allow the user to set a different language for each greeting, or at minimum the voicemail greetings. We have some situations where users would like to use RingCentral in English, but their voicemail must be set to a different language based on the region the line is in. This is particularly important in Quebec where the government requires public interactions to be in French, even though some employees would prefer to use English from an administrative point of view.

Audio needed for Android Outbound Calls
98% of my outbound calls do not connect or have no audio when using my Android App. If a client calls me it works great. For someone who works out of the office, this is very frustrating and unprofessional. This has been an ongoing issue for over a year and needs to be addressed asap. If this is not corrected, our company will need to find another program to use.

User ro User forwarding to ring on Desk/Mobile app as well as desk phone
If a user is covering for a another user they would not be tied to thier desk. Most of our users are mobile at least part time

Pls improve accuracy of the address verification/correction in emergency address locations
Hi,We are a UK company with stores mostly in industrial parks. The emergency address locations are not always 100% accurate. The system will change the address to what it thinks is correct.Our TAM has advised that there is nothing that can be done to fix this as RC use a third party named Smarty and it is likely a data quality issue for them.See support cases 15936174 & 16168116 as examples. We have stopped raising these now.

Increase the number of Softphones per user
As a remote user, I would like to be able to use my home computer. I am running into a message on the Ring Central Phone app that tells me that I have exceeded the number of instances. It would be good to increase the number of softphones that a user can have.

have the fax subject line appear in the FAILED fax transmission receipt
Is there a way that we can have the fax subject line appear in the FAILED fax transmission receipt ? Reason being, when we receive the failed to transmit receipts, it only indicates the time sent, which is not the exact same time of the email showing in the sent box. Sometimes, we are sending multiple faxes during that 1 minute and sometimes to the exact same fax number, however, only 1 fax will fail. There is no clear way to identify which fax has failed. Set login option for agents (Admin)
Admin would like to request an option to set the agent login option and remove all of the others in the RC app. They would like to disable the options that are not used by their company. "Is there anyway to disable the other login options of our RingCentral app? We use the username and password option. If we could customize the installation to only show the username and password option or if that was at least the default option it would be easier for our user's."

Allow individual users to export their own Direct Messages
Can we get the RingCentral app to allow individual users to download their own Direct Messages based on the conversation? Currently only those with appropriate rights and download the DMs but its all of the DMs. This change will allow a user to export a conversation and present it to HR or their manager if there is something questionable going on and maintain a level of privacy that is expected in cases where HR might need to be contact IE harassment.

call history appears pops up when someone calls
So whenever someone calls, if that phone numbers call history (or text history) would appear whenever they call. So if they call today and again tomorrow we'd know what contact had been made, who had talked to them, or texted them, etc

RC App and RCV Casting Feature to screen, monitor, projector, or TV
As some businesses may use the RC App and RCV for training and teaching at a particular group location (ie conference room) it would be beneficial to have a feature to allow a direct casting feature to external screens, monitors, projectors, or TVs. Casting from the Google Chrome browser still has a lot of delay and lower resolution. Even to a Google Chromecast or Amazon Firestick to a monitor or TV that does not have built in smart software.
