Feature Request:The customer would like to be able to create custom international dialing rules on a per security role basis.User Case:DJO has a large international presence, with offices all over the globe. Many of these offices are tasked with making outbound calls into their local region. Even though almost all of their users require International dialing capabilities just to dial locally, DJO does not want to broadly open the International dialing door and allow all offices to call all approved countries across the globe.

  2. Use Case: The prospect saw a demo of Delegate Line Groups on a Poly endpoint. They absolutely loved the functionality and intend to use it for their Execs and Exec Admins.   3. It would be helpful to edit a case after submitting it. Sometimes the description needs be changed but it is really critical to be able to add in additional email addresses of people that need to be added in all communications moving forward which is frequently missed when requesting through a comment to either engage or ensure someone is cc'd.

  4. We were sold a system that was to have been "scalable". We are over 100 extensions and are now being told you have NO PHONES that will support more than that. We have a phone that is SUPPOSED to handle more than one expansion module but Ring Central doesn't support that. This needs to be a feature enhancement.

  5. I know a group of individuals within my organization that use Opera as their main browser. However, I have found that when I choose to join a ring central meeting in my browser I am presented with an error as Opera is not supported. I know Opera maybe doesn't have as large a market share as Chrome or Edge, but I would love to see Opera support moving forward.

  6. We have over 20 Ringcentral instances for nursing homes where the employees are used to having an audible difference between calls comiing into the main call group and transferred calls. Upon upgrading them to RingCentral they are missing that feature. This feature would be benefical to busy medical professionals who can't always check the caller id screen.

  8. Do to Medicare regulations we have to say certain things on every sales call. I would like to have a message played after 45 seconds, so people don't hang up when the message is played before I introduce my self.

  9. need an option that regular user ext will be able to select numbers in the auto receptionist to use as their outbound number for sms. as of the moment we are limited to assign the number to the user ext for them to be able to use it. this gives restrictions especially if we need other user ext to use the same number

  10. We need the ability for customers to consent to call recording for inbound and outbound calls and for some agents this would mean options for multiple languages. The idea is for customers to press a digit to consent to being recorded and then be connected to the agent or disconnected. If the agent dials out, it is expected that the customer gets an IVR that will request to press a digit to consent before connecting to the agent.

Is there a way we can have a tool created that can be provided to customers, similar to the Network QOS test and bandwidth tests in our support documents, that would also help confirm if something like SIP ALG is enabled or another issue on the network identified to assist with troubleshooting and identifiying errors that may be network related?

Currently their workflow is hampered by having to type out the email format [fax number]@rcfax.com seven different times. I have noticed this problem in latest windows 11 client installs on a domain, it installs fine on administrator accounts and the ringcentral app shortcut shows on desktop under the users\administrator\appdata\ringcentral path. However, once you login as a standard user the shortcut is no longer there nor is it in the users\????\appdata\ringcentral folder path. Its ont a amtter of pinning or creating a shortcut to a user or even outting into the public\desktop folder because it originally installs from the users administrator account, so if you end up creating a shortcut naturally you will get access denied because of the…

  19. Make it possible, on a person by person basis, to DISABLE sending e-mail notifications to people that are Co-Recipients to an extension. Without this, the only way a person can stop notifications from the shared extension is for them to disable notifications on their own account. But if they do that, they also lose all e-mail notifications for their own extension. Scenario:Message-Only box (ext 3001)Notifications (e-mail) is Enabled for the extension.   20. We work with multiple clients that have different sites, and I am sure many other RingCentral customers do as well. The global directory adds all phone numbers in the company to the directory, however our sites would benefit greatly from having Contact Groups that are specific to their site. Having the ability in the admin center to create different contact groups and apply them to different users/sites would be very beneficial.
