  4. When a user enters DND it would be helpful to have the soft presence keys indicate red or some other color when they are on DND so everyone in the office knows that the phone is on DND.

  6. The client would like to have their 911 call from their RC phone to go directly to the local PSAP instead of going to first to the 911 national operator because this would cause delay with the emergency.

  7. Please add the possibility of having multiple group managers for a user group. This would open up the possibility of having multiple group managers by proxy, for example to make call forwarding for group members in case of illness. I think this will help in many companies.

  8. SFDC Plug in doesn't warn the users, if their customers hang up the phone. In RC app users receive a dial tone/ring tone when the other party hangs up, can this be also added to SFDC plug in?

  9. Would be nice to have a way to set DND at a user level in the Ring Central app.For insance going to lunch, set DND for 1 hr, this way it automaically accepts Q calls after the hour break and you dont "forget" to turn it back off.

  18. We are adding a NAC or AAA, that requires all the MAC addresses of all devices that will be allowed to connect to the network to be registered. It would be helpful to have a feature in RingCentral Admin that would allow me to export all the MAC addresses of all physical phones in our R/C account. MAC addresses and IP addresses would be a bonus.

  19. We have a professional hold recording that talks about our business and our products. On our traditional on-prem system the MP3 would resume where it left off for each hold rather than restart. This is highly preferrable. The hold recording shouldn't restart from the beginning each time.
