  1. Our security if very high and we found that this was turned on by an admin however, it is not being logged anywhere in the system. We would like to track these types of changes.

  2. wanted to have feature that will allow users to dial out to clients using different area codes depending on the number that they are dialing out.For instance, if they are calling someone from 916 area code, they wanted to appear as if they are also calling from the area with 916 area code.

  3. We are adding a NAC or AAA, that requires all the MAC addresses of all devices that will be allowed to connect to the network to be registered. It would be helpful to have a feature in RingCentral Admin that would allow me to export all the MAC addresses of all physical phones in our R/C account. MAC addresses and IP addresses would be a bonus.

  5. It would be helpful if Ring Central users in NYC are able to dial 311 this is a city general information number. At the moment we are not able to connect to this number when we dial it.

  6. while on a Carrier call, and RC Mobile App will have another call, mobile device will still ring. Requesting to have the same function with desktop app. Call waiting audio alert. Mobile app's option is only to enable or disable notification settings for incoming calls.

  7. When a user enters DND it would be helpful to have the soft presence keys indicate red or some other color when they are on DND so everyone in the office knows that the phone is on DND.

  8. Idea: Is to have a clone button to use to clone users, queues, ect that have the same or almost the same information so it can be easier to set up. Currently there is a clone button for ringcx but would like a clone button on MVP as well.

  9. I want to have 1 desk phone with multiple digital lines, whereas if I press the button on my phone, it will dial out as another line than the one that's currently provisioned with my phone. I can do this before with my previous provider. Hope this feature will be implemented soon.

  10. They way RC sends notifications to a users mobile phone/sms is being phased out by the carriers. You can no longer send SMS message by emailing #####@vtext.com. The same goes for T-Mobile and I suspect other carriers. The delivery needs to be a more SMS centric method as opposed to email to sms

  11. Customer would like to have an option to ring more than 2 active phones to ring simultaneously in a Ring group. Its a limitation of the ring group that it cannot have more than 2 active phones to ring simultaneously.

  12. when a number is in the process of porting, we are not able to forward to that number because the system sees it as a RingCentral number but it is not because it hasn't ported. We sometimes need to forward to a line which hasn't ported yet and can't. Please correct this. Thanks

  13. FR Request: Enable Account admin to Enable / Disable 2 Factor Authentication

    Details : Before account admin has access to enable / Disable 2 Factor authentication, and recently for BT accounts access has been Disabled

    Significance of the feature : Easier Ext. email address management for the Admin User

  14. Key Programming: Allow a user to have a log in/out key assigned onto phones for Call Queues. This could be log in/out "all" queues but would be beneficial if you could assign All, or specific queue per key. Many clients (medical office, schools) do not use an application and having a programmable key to turn on/off call queues is a huge step forward.

  15. We have a mitel desk phones where some live calls that we are receiving need to be transferred directly to the voicemail of a specific user extension.This feature will be a great help to us because the calls will not ring on the user extension if its not that urgent.

  20. Ability to create an extension specifically for Intercom. If the user is using a 4-digit extension, instead of pressing intercom and dialing the 4-digit extension, they should be able to dial at least the last 2 digit of the user's extension for intercom or create an extension specifically for Intercom purposes.
