Send Later on RC Messages (Glip)
Send Later feature that will allow users to schedule the RC Message (Glip) to be sent at a later time. This will be helpful when the other person works off-hours. To respect others' time, we don't want to disturb them during their personal time.

We should have people who leave a meeting wait in a waiting room when they re-enter.
Many of us use this to see patients and this feature would help us be HIPPA compliant and easy to share link with patients.

After starting a meeting, add the meeting ID on the page so it's easy to find and read to the attendeee on th phone
I always have a hard time telling someone on the phone the meeting ID so they can join because it's hard to find. Maake it simple to find. Maybe on the title bar of the video screen

default virtual background options
By default, would like to be offered a few nice aesthetic office space virtual backgrounds. We currently only are offered one that looks like you're literally sitting on the conference room table, so it doesn't look realistic. I found nice ones online, but you have to pay to use them; it'd be nice if Ring offered them by default.

Request: Admin Portal Access to All Admins/Users RCV Recorded Meetings.
Customer would like to have access in Admin Portal > Reports > New Tab of "Recorded Meetings" for all users and admins.

Add the scheduled meeting to the RingCentral app's workspace
Include the scheduled meeting in RCV in workspace where the tasks and events are listed instead of showing it in the Video Tab

Indicator reminding about estimated meeting end time based on calendar event details
It would be nice to add a popup notification, or special mark or image, indicating that meeting is close to it's scheduled end time. E.g., "this meeting ends in 5 minutes".

Option to disable pop up message to be RingCentral member
the pop-up message inviting a user to become a RingCentral member cannot be removed if they are not part of RingCentral when they are invited to a video meeting. The pop-up is designed to encourage non-members to join the platform.

Durin a RingCemtral online meeting the person sharing their screen, it is too small for the other participants, even on zooming it's not clearly visible. This happened after the update to the new RC version. Previous one was much better in terms of viewing the screen.

Intelligent Auto-Framing or Speaker (Subject)Tracking while on Video Meeting.
The system must use a combination of Audio Localization and Face Detection to identify the active speaker and dynamically zoom/pan the frame to focus on them.
When multiple people are visibly present, the system must dynamically adjust the zoom and position to frame all subjects equally and optimally.
The primary AI model for face detection and initial framing calculation should run on the local client (Desktop/Mobile) to minimize latency and server load.
Ensure the video framing adjustment is synchronized with the audio feed to prevent the unsettling effect of seeing the frame move after the speaker begins talking.1 vote -

Share phone screen
Sharing device screen from RingCentral Desktop app.
In RingCentral Meetings, we were able to click share screen and share the screen from devices, like an iPhone. We would love to have that ability on RingCentral Videos.
