Webinar Poll not showing in recording
have an option to record poll in webinarI understand now that polls will not show up in the recordings, but I must say that that makes no sense. I don't see how it's related to the chat functionality, those two things are totally different. When you administer a poll, the poll shows up embedded in the stream that viewers are seeing. But, when you watch the recording, it's not there. The hosts are obviously talking about a poll that viewers don't see, makes no sense.

Hide attendees and meeting information on RCV/Calendar
Hide details that content sensitive information in meetings that show up in people calendars.
Make it private so other people can't see the name of the meeting and the attendees. Google Calendars has this option/setting, Calendars and Contact...etc.In Google there is option to be able to Hide details and mark them as Private so other people can't see the name of the meeting and the attendees.1 vote -
MSFT 365 - Choose your default online meeting provider ( Add RCV as a option)
Customers have asked for the ability to set default meeting provider as seen below. Today MSFT admin have the option of adding MSFT Teams, Blue Jeans, GTM, Google Meet and Zoom as users default meeting type. RingCentral needs to work with MSFT to get RingCentral Video on the list so customers can assign the default meeting type. This would also make RCV more sticky with customers and users. Share Video Recordings to Team Threads
It would be very useful to be able to share the recordings to a team thread. I saw another idea where they are, asking to be able to share a link, which would also work. However, we can already share this to an individual inside of our groups, it would be super helpful to be able to share it to a whole team at once.

Better integrate the floating window when presenting
When sharing the screen, we spend 50% of our time moving the floating window from one place to the other to see what's hidden behind.There should be an option to "integrate" it better so it doesn't hide anything.

Looking to have option for key press feature on individual extensions
We would like to have the option to press 1 for leaving a voicemail on an extension and press 2 to be routed to a call queue. Key press isn't available on individual extensions currently.

Provide a recap of meeting for participants joining late
As RCV now transcripts meeting and also meeting summaries, it would be great to offer participants that join a meeting after it has started a summary and recap of what has been said in the meeting. Also previously shared slides would be a bonus.

Members ability to move themselves from breakout rooms instead of the admin /host doing it for them
This would be helpful when dealing with webinars with large amounts of people.

Auto-messaging for scheduling a meeting
The customer has auto-reply text messaging where he wants to associate the meeting invite link so that once he sends the messages, his clients will be allowed to schedule a meeting on the date they prefer. He is recommending, if possible, adding it as one of our features so that all their clients can have the capability to arrange a video meeting.

Add admin setting - Turn off Camera for participants
Allow ‘Turn off Camera for participants’ to be set from the admin RingCentral Video settings. This option existed in RingCentral meetings and can be set when creating a meeting, but is not configurable through RingCentral Video settings admin portal. Enabling this to be set for the entire account would provide consistency in the case that a meeting host forgets to change the setting.

RingCentral Video generic timezone option
RingCentral no longer shows generic time zones which I depend upon when setting meetings. Mountain Standard Time, Eastern, Pacific, Central, etc. I have to find a city within the zone and that confuses the customer.

Meeting Recordings Management
Hello!We would like the ability to limit who can see Meetings recordings. We would like our Users to be able to Host Meetings/Videos, but we feel the Super Admin should be the one to determine who can then view those recordings.IE we should be able to remove the option My Recordings under Video on the desktop app.Thank you!

Disable this - Current meeting ends when scheduled meeting is about to start
While in a few meetings yesterday, the meeting abruptly ended for everyone on the meeting. We were unable to re-join the meeting as a message came up saying - you have another scheduled meeting. I want to disable that setting. Our meeting lasted longer than what's scheduled and we don't want to be disconnected.I reported this to support and was told this is normal behavior and to suggest a disable button.

Change the label in RingCentral Video Meeting
You can't control removing guests the blocking feature is not appropriate. If you have multi guests from a company and you are only looking to remove one person this feature is horrible. As the admin I should be able to remove guests and also help them update the emails when they change companies but instead I have a user with 3 emails and I can remove them from the directory it's very messy. Also labeling people guests is not ideal.the admin should be able to choose those labels. Alot of people in my org don't like being labeled guest.

Hide Name/Alias labels for privacy
Some competitors have a feature where they can hide or change the name of the host of the meeting.
The use case is:
1. Customer is in healthcare and offers telehealth services.
2. The host of the meeting wants to protect their own privacy by hiding their full name to customer/patient. They would like to show just first name or similar.
This is naturally not an issue for internal meetings.1 vote
