Allow video screen to be "pinned" to make it easy to multi-task
The old RC, for Mac desktops, allowed us to minimize the video screen. Once minimized it would become almost thumbnail size and "stick" as you navigated various windows and other apps on your computer. Now it will truly minimize and disappear. This is not convenient.

Add RCV Outlook plugin that works from Outlook Mail tab
Our company has been using RingCentral Meetings for quite some time now, and this was a smooth rollout using the Ring Central Meetings for Outlook plugin. People in our company when in Outlook are on the mail page 90% of the time and having the option to schedule or start an instant meeting right on that page made it quick and easy. This I believe is the main reason RingCentral meetings was adopted so quickly and we were not pressured by the Execs to visit Microsoft Teams, Zoom or other platforms. Since Ring Central is linked to zoom, is there a similar admin feature for reports available?

Mute others for yourself
When in class, I often times find students have their mics unmuted. It can be very distracting, and I think it would be useful to implement a feature where you have the option mute others only for you.

Inviting Meeting Attendees
I work on a MAC -- the most updated operating system. When I schedule a meeting -- the integration with the Microsoft Outlook Calendar is such that it is not easily apparent how to invite attendees once the meeting has been scheduled. One has to click on "Edit." It would be wonderful if there was a way to make it a little clearer this is where you click to open up an email to invite attendees.

RingCentral Video Easy navigation for non English speaking customer.
There should be an option for customers to select a meeting link that will open through browser by default. This option will remove all the extra navigation on downloading and installing the application. This will greatly help other non English speaking customer to smoothly navigate on the meeting without going through series of steps to take or skip.

To be able to change your name within the meeting would prevent you from having to leave the meeting, change it and then rejoin.

We have many users reporting that this feature is frustrating because they need to refer back to their outlook calendar to see what meetings are happening in the future. Even if you integrate your office 365 calendar, it still only show 14 days. Thanks

Hide Meeting Participants w/o Cameras
Webex has a feature where individuals who do not have a webcam can be moved to the side so that the attendees who DO have their cameras appear larger.

Display entire voicemail-to-text transcription in voice-to-text notification email
There is a limitation to RingCentral's voicemail-to-text transcription as described in this article: https://support.ringcentral.com/article/8045.html
When the transcriptions occurs, only a partial transcription preview is included in the voice-to-text notification email (not full).
It would be of great help to our business to receive the full transcription in the voice-to-text notificatino email, as this would allow us to read the entire transcription in the email itself, and we could avoid having to download the attached voicemail audio file, and listen to it in its entirely (as we must do for now) for long messages.

Resolve what is apparently a serious RCV bug
Our company is experiencing a serious issue with RCV. We are a large real estate company that has monthly virtual all company meetings. These meetings frequently invite high level guest speakers. The RCV invite to these external guests displays a pop up to go to the MS Store to get an app to run the meeting (as these external guest speakers do not have the RC Unified app installed to the computer they are joining the meeting from). Conair is requesting transcripts to be available for French, Spanish and Chinese languages during live meetings and transcription of a recorded meeting.

Add an option to stop recordings and create new recordings.
Currently, there is no option to stop recordings and then create new recordings like what we had in RC Meetings which are really helpful and I can say a necessity for UAT recording sessions. Most of the time, we are handling multiple projects at the same time and this feature enables us to just stick with one meeting instead of ending and creating one for one project to the next.
