Participant Control directly in RCV view panel
When in RCV and you are viewing the gallery, you should be able to click on a user and do the following:
- make them a moderator
- mute them
- turn off their video
- force them out of a meetingIn addition, you should be able to click on a user's profile and not only get a quick connection status but also the stats behind the status. This would all help with user efficiency vs having to click on participant, search then take action.

To give the mobile user an ability to enable or disable noise cancelling since the noise cancelling feature is too sensitive and user had to speak up louder for his/her voice to be picked up.

Enable Hide Menu Bar in Video Meetings
Would be handy if the menu bar could hide when not being used. When it is there permanently, it restricts the size of video/how much I can see on screen of the person I'm helping, and I often need to see their desk below their face.

Allow Audio-Only Mode for Low-Bandwidth Situations
There are moments during a video-call in MVP where the participant may want to, not only, turn its camera off but all video off in order to save the call.Right now one can only turn its only video off. To enable Audio-Only calls, one needs to turn off and connect through the bridge, that breakes the UX.

Meeting title in recordings title
When recording a video call (from an invite) and it saves it. Could it have the video call's title as the recording name? instead of having "RingCentral Video Meeting". it doesn't help differentiate meetings.

The ability to rearrange participant windows
it would be really useful to have the ability to move participant windows around within the meeting by means of drag and drop, or be able to click a 'sync with leader' button.Particularly useful when you are going 'round the room' to share ideas.

Automatically create a group based on meeting participants
Oftentimes we'll be in a video meeting where we're discussing a topic and it becomes apparent that we need to create a team to continue the conversation. It would be great to have a button to automatically create a team based on meeting participants vs adding one by one

Hide self video in meeting
I love the feature on the mobile app which allows you to swipe away your own video so you can focus on the conversation. I would love to have this feature on desktop so that I can focus on the presentation being shown and the other participants, instead of my own face getting in the way. Most people are sitting in meetings, and they generally know if they are in frame or not. When compared to in-person meetings, I find myself more distracted by my own appearance or my surroundings instead of paying full attention to the other attendees or content…

Allow presenter to "spotlight" their mouse in RC Video meeting (RC Meetings feature)
RC Meetings had the following feature: Show a specifically colored (ideally red) icon with the mouse to "highlight" certain areas on the screen. This feature was in the area where you can also "mark up" the screen to draw circles to indicate certain areas. Additionally allow the mouse to be clicked when using this feature.
