Display Name As Required Field Upon Joining Meeting
Suggestion to discard the existing feature which auto-populates a user's "Display name" w/what appears to be a device ID/name and replace that with an empty required field for "Display name" so that users will type a discernible display name that moderators can recognized/verify. This is critical because we cannot currently rename individuals such as those whose display name is set to the device default (which frequently is used because users don't recognize the field upon joining meetings as it's pre-populated with a device string).Benefits anyone moderating calls with a need to verify participants who are without the ability today in…

We had this option to link the number to the name during meeting in the old platform and see this option remove since the meeting upgrade.

Add a small mini mode window that is always on top for muting sound and video, like the old RC Meetings application
When using the old RC Meeting application, you could minimize it to a mini mode window. If on a computer with only one screen, you could type in notes on one screen, and still be able to mute and unmute yourself on the mini allways-on-top RC Meetings window. It had three buttons mute, start and stop video, and maximize. It also displayed who was currently talking.

Add annotation to mobile apps
These are very helpful for sketching out engineering concepts for meetings with coworkers and clients, especially when paired with Apple Pencil on an iPad, and this functionality exists in Zoom, including the white-label version that is the legacy RingCentral Meetings

Concurrent RCV Meetings - display warning to host/attendee if they are already in another RCV meeting
I love the ability to join multiple RCV meetings, it has some useful use-cases which are now catered for....however, I have on occasion joined a meeting without realising I was still in another meeting which led to some embarrassment. Would be good to have a warning pop-up alerting me that I am already in another RCV meeting and to check if I do wish to start/join another one.

Undock Participants Window and Highlight speaker
Feature to drag participants window outside meeting window helps when you are sharing screen while still keeping track of attendees off the screen, capturing screenshots and less annoying.Highlight and make speaker first in the gallery or participants list is better user experience and prevent from scrolling to find out who is talking

Integration with Learning Management system(s) for Virtual classroom events
During Covid being remote is the most probable option everyone is using. Being said that Virtual classroom trainings is becoming popular.Lost of the Learning management systems are opting a virtual meeting platform which can be integrated with LMS for better user experience when users try to launch trainings. If RCV can get integrated with LMS like (SabaCLoud, Cornerstone, Docebo etc.) lot of organizations would opt this option. By adding this integration it will be seamless to track attendance, tracking, launch, completeness of trainings without manual intervention for training coordinators or instructors.

Automatically deny incoming calls while on RCV Meetings
My users are up in arms about this - it's completely absurd we're even dealing with this. When you are on a RCV meeting - EVEN WHEN RECORDING - incoming calls directly to you or from a queue will popup on screen AND YOU WILL HEAR THE RINGTONE. What in the hell were the developers thinking?? Did they honestly think this was an acceptable solution for business/enterprise users? Add Teleprompter Mirror
Hello there, I have an idea of how to improve our video product. Issue: When a host or speaker presents something it's really difficult to remember all text into the head. And usually, they prepare some document with text, or if it's Google Slides you can use Speaker notes. Option to disable ALL audio enhancements
I post-process my microphone input externally.I did notice there is an "original sound" setting but I am doubtful this applies to noise suppression. Please provide the option to remove ALL voice processing within the RingCentral app.

Re-add the "Pause" option for screen-sharers.
Helps the one sharing "pause" or freeze the view without having the meeting attendees watch your mouse open and close windows that may not be meant to be shown publicly!

The Messages screen is difficult to read because the messages are equally spread out even when sent by the same person at a similar time. The ability to pause when presenting.
A pause button to freeze the presentation screen while the presenter can do work in the background, bringing up another presentation, table, etc.

cannot play/hear a secondary or presented video to the rest of the viewers of my meeting
Example: when I am hosting a meeting of 25 users and I want to insert and play a video, the end users cannot hear the video clearly, its muffled inaudible. This is a serious issue for our training department and end users.

Allow RingCentral meetings on Logitech Tap with Microsoft Teams
Our company has several Logitech Taps with Microsoft Teams as meeting room solutions. Internally everyone uses Teams and this works great. There are other organizations that we have meetings with regularly and they use RingCentral. Is it possible to join the RingCentral meeting through the Teams Tap or for someone to join a Teams meeting from RingCentral?
