Need Brower Support for Firefox and Safari immediately
Ability to join a meeting via browser. Currently Chrome and Edge are the only supported browsers. We have Gov customers who can't use Chrome or Edge for security reasons. We desperately need Firefox and Safari support.

Stop opening windows in my default window
I have three monitors. I use one to hold my RC screen and one to share with other video participants. The share screen is my default windows window. But no matter how many times I move my RC screen to the second monitor it keeps opening the window in the default screen. I am sharing my screen, and someone joins, the paricipants window opens over the window I am sharing. THIS IS INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING. Is it so hard to remember the window I have open and keep your windows there???? Please fix. ARRRGH.

Customizable Waiting Room in RingCentral Video
RingCentral Video's waiting room should be customizable, like the Zoom-based RingCentral Meetings' waiting room was. It should allow customizable text and uploading of company logo. The customization is important for company branding and professionalism and promotes participant confidence that they are connecting to the right company. It also allows the company to provide a short message to participants.

Lunch Mode on and off Toggle Button
We would like to see an on and off button for "lunch" mode rather than a set schedule. Our receptionist takes her lunch break at different times everyday so we are having to change the custom settings EVERY day.

iOS screen sharing in desktop meetings [RingCentral Video
in the 'powered by zoom' meetings application, we had the ability to share our iOS mobile devices if they were on the same wifi. This feature seems to be missing from the RC Video application. We use this a lot to show mobile versions of websites in development or to use our phone as a cordless camera to show actual product. Is there an ETA for that to be added to the RC Video app?

Per user ability to disable waiting/hold music
I often connect to meeting space 5-10 min early, as a courtesy to other participants, and the on-hold/waiting music becomes increasingly annoying the longer I'm subjected to it.Please provide a means for individual participants to opt-out of that slow torture.

Add Email Notification to me from my customers when they select a meet now option for the direct link I have provided to them.
I have provided my customers with my meeting link to use to meet with me directly without a scheduled meeting request. In doing so my customers would be in my meeting room, however I am currently not notified by email, etc that my customer wants to meet with me right now. Having this notification would be fantastic

List which members raised hand first
When moderating a meeting and multiple participants raise their hand, it would be good to know which individual to call on first, next etc.. by listing them in order.

The ability to right-click at the top of a meeting window and choose "Keep on Top" from a context menu. Similar to how Zoom operates.

Display Name As Required Field Upon Joining Meeting
Suggestion to discard the existing feature which auto-populates a user's "Display name" w/what appears to be a device ID/name and replace that with an empty required field for "Display name" so that users will type a discernible display name that moderators can recognized/verify. This is critical because we cannot currently rename individuals such as those whose display name is set to the device default (which frequently is used because users don't recognize the field upon joining meetings as it's pre-populated with a device string).Benefits anyone moderating calls with a need to verify participants who are without the ability today in…

Link the number to the name during RingCentral Meeting
We had this option to link the number to the name during meeting in the old platform and see this option remove since the meeting upgrade.

Add a small mini mode window that is always on top for muting sound and video, like the old RC Meetings application
When using the old RC Meeting application, you could minimize it to a mini mode window. If on a computer with only one screen, you could type in notes on one screen, and still be able to mute and unmute yourself on the mini allways-on-top RC Meetings window. It had three buttons mute, start and stop video, and maximize. It also displayed who was currently talking.

Add annotation to mobile apps
These are very helpful for sketching out engineering concepts for meetings with coworkers and clients, especially when paired with Apple Pencil on an iPad, and this functionality exists in Zoom, including the white-label version that is the legacy RingCentral Meetings

Concurrent RCV Meetings - display warning to host/attendee if they are already in another RCV meeting
I love the ability to join multiple RCV meetings, it has some useful use-cases which are now catered for....however, I have on occasion joined a meeting without realising I was still in another meeting which led to some embarrassment. Would be good to have a warning pop-up alerting me that I am already in another RCV meeting and to check if I do wish to start/join another one.

Undock Participants Window and Highlight speaker
Feature to drag participants window outside meeting window helps when you are sharing screen while still keeping track of attendees off the screen, capturing screenshots and less annoying.Highlight and make speaker first in the gallery or participants list is better user experience and prevent from scrolling to find out who is talking
