Put local time of a person somewhere near his avatar/video due to call.
It could be visible only on hover, to not make extra noise on the UI.

Show name insetad of phone number when new attendee joins meeting
Name is not showing while being in the meeting when we join meeting through phone call "by giving call on meeting number entering meeting ID, it's only showing the phone number of attendee "The participent is not able to indentify that who has joined this meeting.RC should ask for name to register in the meeting to display the same as participent after dialing the meeting phone number and then meeting ID.

I would like to be able to keep records of all meeting participants on calls which manually is a big chore with up to 60 people on the call.

Ability to save RC meeting recordings to external storage
It would be nice to be able to save recordings of meetings outside of RingCentral like you have the ability to do with the RC archiver beta app where you can save users call recordings and settings externally. We pay for the RC storage but once it's close to capacity, we have to either take a ton of time to download each meeting individually or delete them, hoping we won't need to refer to them in the future.

gallery view when joining via browser
Participants should have access to the Gallery View when joining via web browser to be able to see all meeting participants. I spoke with 2 customer service reps which created a case for more details. Case # 13178029

Support for virtual cameras (such as OBS Software)
Many users use OBS for streaming to YouTube and presenting through Zoom. OBS gives users enhanced video features not otherwise available from a basic video conferencing system. RingCentral does not currently support input video feeds from software-based virtual cameras (though Zoom does).

Better accessibility in RCV Meeting tool for blind users
For example:
- The chat appears to show up below the rest of the content
- When chat messages are received, there is no alert that lets a user know they have a message so someone using a screen reader would not know to open the chat to read whatever messages might have been sent to them.
- No indication of when a user enters or leaves the meeting (it did not appear with JAWS

The desktop alerts went away with the new updated RC app. Please bring back the desktop alert for RC meetings.

Call Queue After Hours - Rotating schedule
We currently have a single team member that is on call for after hours. I (as the call queue manager) have to manually change this each week to go to the new scheduled associate's extension.It would be great to be able to set a rotating schedule using primary members with the ability to add "overrides" as needed for members that are on leave.

Presentation mode - Be embedded inside a circle instead of background removal
Sometimes, the agorithm to remove the background is not optimal, to avoid this problem and improving the visual effect, having the possibility to be embedded in a circle, like some Youtube guy does, could be a nice feature!Here an example : https://ibb.co/cL71bnK

RingCentral Video now supports Full HD cameras for both incoming and outgoing videos. If your computer and camera can provide Full HD (1080p) quality video, you can now appear in the highest quality meetings.

Allow Admin to view videos sent from Link
After receiving an email that recording is ready for viewing, when that email is forwarded the admin does not have the ability to view the video unless they log in from admin panel. Should authorize since it prompts us to log in with those same credentials.

Virtual background - run performance test in the background at the beginning of the session
When i try to select the virtual background option, it runs the performance test screen and end of the test, it showed system did not meet expected requirement. instead, you can run the performance test in the background when the application loads parallely and intimiate user with a small icon above saying virtual background feature cannot be used. it saves lot of time. also suggest text like "try closing other tabs for best experience" for this feature, which worked for me. so user dont need to open the link and read through documentation, which hardly users does.

scheuled meeting is ending soon
when a meeting is 90% to the scheduled end time, a notification pops up for the meeting host to end the meeting on time.

Record Break Out Sessions
Currently, ring central meetings isn't able to record break out sessions within a meeting; regular main meetings are recordable, but once break out sessions are initiated, there is no way to record the individual sessions.
