Save scheduled meetings
I think it would be great to be able to save/bookmark scheduled meetings. Right now, I have to copy/paste the link from my Outlook Calendar to Ring Central every day for our daily meeting. It would be so much easier to just click in Ring Central, join this meeting.

Proximity based meetings and breakout rooms
I was recently at a virtual conference that used Proximity-based breakout rooms. And I thought this was an interesting concept for RC to consider for the RCV platform. The idea here is that you can move your avatar around a virtual space and join conversations based on where you are in proximity to other avatars of people in the same space. It also seemed to have the ability to have a main area where proximity conferences could flow freely as well as side rooms that were specific conferences in a more webinar style. RingCentral Meetings Outlook plugin template no longer creating clickable hyperlinks
Hello. Our executives using RingCentral Meetings Outlook plugin are requesting that the template be restored to the way it was until recently, where the meeting URL has a space after it. This has Outlook show the URL as a clickable hyperlink even while composing. I spoke with Customer Support about this, and they instructed me to submit a feature request here for the developers. Note: The Outlook add-in for RingCentral (Unified) does not have this issue, and still inserts the space after the URL. Thank you. ~Andrew

Adding Immersive View
It would be very helpful to add "Immersive View" to the Ring Central platform (similar to what zoom has done: https://blog.zoom.us/introducing-zoom-immersive-view/?utm_source=social&utm_medium=organic-social&utm_campaign=). This will be especially helpful for meetings that would benefit from having more of an in-person feel (for example, running group therapy). Thank you so much!

scheuled meeting is ending soon
when a meeting is 90% to the scheduled end time, a notification pops up for the meeting host to end the meeting on time.

Invite user to Share (Desktop, browser, etc)
It's always an interesting experience to describe to some people how to share their sceen. If there was a way for us, the host, to prompt the end user to share their screen, that would be awesome

Easily identify unmuted people in participant list on RCV
Customer likes how it's easier to spot unmuted participants in RCM and is requesting a similar enhancement to RCV.

Better accessibility in RCV Meeting tool for blind users
For example:
- The chat appears to show up below the rest of the content
- When chat messages are received, there is no alert that lets a user know they have a message so someone using a screen reader would not know to open the chat to read whatever messages might have been sent to them.
- No indication of when a user enters or leaves the meeting (it did not appear with JAWS

Share recording to an individual or team within the RC App
Similar to how we can share files within the RC App between individuals and teams, it would be helpful to share recordings. Sharing recordings within the RC App allows for a seamless user experience, eliminates the need to download and attach mp4's or even send emails of recordings. It also highlights our RC App - unlimited file sharing and file size! Please see attached screenshot of where the share button could go. Thanks team!

Resizing of RVC chat window
The RCV chat window is not horizontally and vertically resizable. This makes it hard to see information.
