1. Feature to buzz any meeting participant on MVP if that person has not joined the meeting

   As the RC Video Meeting OrganizerI want to send reminder message to any participant on MVPIn order to remind that person to attend the meetingReminder can be in form of message that blinks on the MVP and catches the user attention so that the person can either join the meeting or respond accordingly.Reminder message can be on MVP and also extend to SMS for the person.By default, the feature will be turned on for the MVP user. However it would be a configurable setting and MVP user can turn it off.

2. RC Meetings - add an option to join from RC App to the RCM Join from Browser page

   In the Current redirect logic on the RC Meetings page for joining a meeting from web, https://meetings.ringcentral.com/wc/username/[meetingID]/join# there is no link on the page to go join a meeting from the RC App. Please add a link to this page to allow users to join from RC App. The reason for this is that if users have selected to never see the pop-up for RC App (or if the pop-up fails to load for another reason) on the meetings.ringcentral.com/join page, it will automatically redirect to the above join from browser page. But this means that they cannot get back to the popup for the option to join from RC App again. The simple solution for this would be to add a link to launch or download the RC App to the join from browser page. This is causing confusion for users who want to join a meeting on RC App from a link (such as in email), but the rcm.ringcentral.com pop-up fails to load. This issue seems to have stemmed from the solution to CUSTCOM-I-1303

4. Edit apperance options

   more options to edit and touch up one’s apperance would be so helpful and is really the only option you guys lack from the competition. A lot of times I have to miss groups to go fix my face with either make up or just miss the whole meeting . I have heard others say the same thing that apperance on video is so unforgiving they go to other providers when possible . So hopefully this is could be a priority and gets better.?.?….. I don’t know , but I do know you guys would benefit greatly because of the change !

7. Ring Central Video is too Resource Intensive

   The reason for this request is that it seems unrealistic to have to close all other programs in order to have a RC video call work. One of the video attendees said if they attend a Zoom meeting, it is fine. I’m sure the issue is related to computer resources, but I am surprised there would be such a large difference between zoom and RC. We need to have Ring Central Video function like Zoon and not be so resource intensive.

8. Screen Guiding

   I see you have an "annotation" feature when sharing your screen. It would be cool if the presenter could see what you are circling real time on their screen. So instead of having to say "click the X in the upper Right, you could use your mouse to either point them to that or circle it. Many companies use that kind of feature for customer service to guide the customer to where they need to go. I understand why actually being able to click on their screen might be an issue, but maybe being able to see a guide mouse might be helpful.

9. Remove Pop-up window when Presenting during Meeting - RingCentral Video

   Add a feature where the Participant box or another pop-up window to completely remove when sharing screen on RCV. Instead, merge it with the same window so that the Participants will appear at the top of the screen of your Video Meeting like the one that is showing from the Participant's side.

10. Create a feature that allows users to rewind and replay a live RCV meeting

    Users would like to be able to reply to the last 10-15 seconds (or go back further) during a live recorded meeting so that they can quickly recall something that was said, shown, or discussed. Similar to how people use streaming services today, users would like a timeline bar on the bottom of the screen for live meetings that they can use to quickly rewind a live meeting to go back and hear/see something from earlier in the meeting. While reviewing the meeting history, the reviewer should be allowed to select different playback speeds so that they have the option to get caught up or review at a quicker pace. In the event a meeting participant rewinds the live meeting, only the participant would see the replayed content. The replay would not affect the other meeting participants. The user reviewing the meeting would need RCV to automatically disable their camera feed, mute their microphone, and show something to indicate they are "reviewing the meeting history" or something similar. Also, for the person replaying the meeting history, there should be a button on the timeline bar that says "Go-Live" which would take them back to the live meeting and enable whatever video and microphone state they had before replaying the meeting history. This feature needs to have security role permissions associated with it as it is not a feature that all users should be allowed to have. System Administrators should be able to assign this feature to specific security roles to ensure the right users have access to it. This feature would empower the users to gain real-time historical insight in live meetings.
    Value Example 1: Imagine a Sales Manager hops into a meeting 5 minutes late where the Account Executive has started their pitch. The Sales Manager wants to quickly assess if they missed anything significant in the first 5 minutes. They replay the first 5 minutes at 2x speed and find out the prospective customer mentioned right away that they are ready to sign contracts today if a couple of contingencies are addressed. The Sales Manager clicks the "Go-Live" button and rejoins the live meeting while the sales rep finishes up his pitch. Having this functionality would give the people tools to get a better context during a live meeting.
    Value Example 2: Imagine there is a support session going on, where both Tier 2 & 3 resources have been brought on to troubleshoot an advanced problem. During this support session, one of the Tier 3 support personnel gets a personal call they have to take. The call lasts only a couple of minutes. Upon returning to the meeting, the Tier 3 support person replays the last 2 minutes of the meeting at 1.5x speed and notices a critical detail in the customer screen share that will ultimately lead to resolving this ticket. The Tier 3 support person clicks the "go-live" button and rejoins the active meeting. The Tier 3 support person directs the customer back to the problem area and then helps walk the customer through resolution.

13. ability to broadcast system audio in a webinar host while on mute.

    When the customer was on mute as host, the entire system audio he was playing was also muted, and all attendees were unable to hear the slides or presentation he was playing.

14. Replace "MUTED" voice with much quieter beep

    When using RC Video phone audio please replace the voice that says (extremely loudly) 'muted' and 'unmuted' with a much much quieter and less obnoxious beep or bloop noise. Most modern meeting audio systems use short sounds to indicate this, and users can easily adapt to it and understand which tone means which. The voice takes forever to say what button you pressed and is so loud every meeting becomes a game of trying to time your muting/unmuting just at the right time so you can hear AND be heard, which is annoying.

    Please create an auto reply feature for after hours chat messaging. This system is set up for auto reply SMS text messaging but not for the messanger chat feature for both mobile app and desktop app.
