Allow RingCentral Meetings Recordings retention period be adjusted to less than 1 year
Customers may need to lessen the retention period shorter that the defaulted one as required by their Administrations.

Assign a RingCentral Video meeting participant the host role DURING the meeting
When meetings are already in progress, sometimes a host needs to assign another individual in the meeting the host role. A new host may want to put participants into breakout rooms for small group discussion, the original host may need to drop out of the meeting for confidentiality reasons and will need to assign a new host so the new host can mute/unmute participants, manage a waiting room, etc.

When we send our customers a meeting link, they have to download ring central specifically just to join. its an irritant to our customers.

Customers have a standing meeting (meeting series) which should have two hosts, as it is a joint meeting of two teams with the same area of responsibility. Allow users to have "Raise Hand" feature, but disable other reactions - happy face, etc.Allow users to disable chat, and shut off entry tones from the Admin PortalKeep phone numbers by region of the country - midwest, eastern time, etc. Some users are charged additional fees for dialing a west coat phone number.
