Add zoom options to RC Video like RC Meetings had
We would like to see the various 'zoom' options in RC Video as was available in RC Meetings. These were very useful.

Assign a RingCentral Video meeting participant the host role DURING the meeting
When meetings are already in progress, sometimes a host needs to assign another individual in the meeting the host role. A new host may want to put participants into breakout rooms for small group discussion, the original host may need to drop out of the meeting for confidentiality reasons and will need to assign a new host so the new host can mute/unmute participants, manage a waiting room, etc.

allow use of zoom link without download of Ring Central
When we send our customers a meeting link, they have to download ring central specifically just to join. its an irritant to our customers.

series meeting with two Event organizer, with the same rights
Customers have a standing meeting (meeting series) which should have two hosts, as it is a joint meeting of two teams with the same area of responsibility. Normally it is fine, that there is only one host, but in certain situations it would be important to have a second host or a co-host:Planned absence of the host; e.g. vacation, training, …Unplanned absence of the host; e.g. sick leave, …In this situation there should be a controlled conference moderation with the co-host having the necessary rights

meeting link to be sent via email not visible to everyone
so, participants will not have an idea of the email address of the others who's part of the meeting

Manual Adjustments on Video Settings for RingCentral Video Meetings
Our customer wanted to have the same manual video settings adjustment for " Touch up my appearance" and "Adjust for low light" that they enjoy with RCM.

Our employees all use the RingCentral Add-In to schedule their meetings so that items appear on their Outlook Calendar so this functionality is essential to them.

Allow users to have "Raise Hand" feature, but disable other reactions - happy face, etc.Allow users to disable chat, and shut off entry tones from the Admin PortalKeep phone numbers by region of the country - midwest, eastern time, etc. Some users are charged additional fees for dialing a west coat phone number.

While in a meeting a user be able to switch from the meeting to answer an incoming call.
Many time during a meeting an important call that we have been waiting on a call back will come in during the meeting. Yes, we can answer it, but the other attendees in the meeting can hear my side of the conversation. It would be beneficial if the user can take an incoming call without leave the meeting and without the attendees being able to hear your discussion.

Ability for another meeting attendee to record a meeting in the host's absence
When the person who scheduled the meeting (i.e. the host) is unable to or just not attending a call they've scheduled, there should be a way for other attendees of the call to be able to record the call. This happens often enough where it'd be a useful feature.

Upcoming meeting only show 4 days in advance
If a meeting is setup in 2 weeks from now, the meeting does not show up under the upcoming meetings tab. It would be helpful to show all upcoming meetings. Or, at a minimum show a certain number of meeting scheduled regardless of date in the future
