Mute hold music
when you are waiting for others to join the call, it would be great if the user could mute the hold music.

Ability to customize meeting name/title with scheduled meetings with PMI.
It would be nice if we can have the ability to customize the meeting title/name of all scheduled meetings that are using PMI (personal meeting information). Currently, this is only available if the meeting has a unique link/ID/password.

Ability to disable hold music in RCV joined via dial in
When I join a meeting via dial in audio and I am the only person there, music plays. This continues until someone else joins the call. In instances where attendees are late, this may go on for > 15mins with no way to disable it.

Be able to hover over participants to see their email address
it would be very useful to be able to hover or click over participants to see their email addresses. sometimes we don't all the names and this feature would be very useful

Ability to Remove or Configure Dial-In Numbers in RCV
In RCM, you had the ability to configure which dial-in numbers display when creating an invite for a meeting (https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/RingCentral-Meetings-Specifying-Global-Dial-in-Countries.html?brand=RC_US&product=RingCentral_MVP&language=en_US). It would be helpful to be able to do this in RCV as well.We would also like the option to remove any dial-in numbers from the RCV meeting invite through the Meetings settings tab in the RC App and Admin Portal. Currently, the only way to do this is to wait for the meeting invite to generate in Outlook/Gmail/etc., and then delete the dial-in numbers manually.

RingCentral Video - Change Guest to Admin
Im showing up as a guest in my organization but I need to be made an admin. I can have any of the other admins in our org confirm my admin request. Actually a lot of users are incorrectly showing up as guests in our subscription. I think someone messed up one of the domains in our config and now everyone now is incorrectly being labeled as guest.

Email notifications
My boss has expressed that the email notifications are too much, and wanted them turned off. Currently there is no way to disable meeting notifications under specific criteria. For example, if I add someone as a co-host, they receive the email every time, and it would be nice to turn that feature off.

Option to prevent participants to rejoin (kicked participants)
I'm a new employee of RingCentral and I saw something we can make changes or improve when we or our clients are using our RingCentral Video. We all know that there are times when our meeting links have been compromised. Someone not from our organization or company was able to obtain an invite link to join our RingCentral Video/Meeting. Yes, we have the ability to kick out that someone, however, as long as that someone has the link to the RingCentral Video/Meeting; they can still come back in.So, I suggest we add an option before kicking someone out. network issue notification during the meeting in RingCentral Meeting
While on active meeting in RingCentral Meeting, then a network issue occur, there must be a pop-up notification or at least a signal bar indicating the network issue just for the participant to be aware.

Add ability to Zoom in and out
I cannot always see small text being shared. I would like to be able to either zoom the whole screen, or even zoom into a portion of the screen.

RCV - Invite by RC APP & Invite by Teams
When in meeting, having the ability to invite by RC App and have all the join links send directly via GLIP / RC App to Contacts, Teams internally will be useful. Same ability for MS Teams - ability for customers to invite to MS Teams users from invite button.

Numbers to indicate the order in which hands were raised
When multiple people raise their hands, the hands should be numbered by the order in which people raised their hands. This allows a presenter to answer questions in the order in which people raise their hands.

Change Names
For our company, it is key that we are able to change people's names for privacy reasons. The caller should be able to change when they come in and the Host should always have access to change it. Privacy is key when working with attorneys!
