We can allow MARKER feature on a video meeting.
I think we should allow some marker feature, using which any end user whom host has allowed to use marker to draw or highlight something on the shared screen. This way the other person need not to share his screen to highlight those details. Additionally it will make meeting more collaborative.

Ability to toggle the control buttons to the left or right of the meeting window
Instead of keeping the control buttons (Mute, Start Video, etc.) at the bottom of the screen, give meeting participants the ability to move it to the right, top, or left to maximize the visibility when someone is sharing a screen or when the user has to resize the meeting window.

Survey after inbound phone call
I'd like to have ringcentral to have the capability after the phone call it automatically generates a survey for this phone call and for that extension.
Example ext. 101 receives the call after that call ringcentral will send an email to the customer for the experience for that representative

Would like to have a workaround about ATT domain due to them removing the capability for email to text or text to email - https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1061254/
I need RingCentral to do like a direct SMS to ATT for SMS Notification instead of email to text or text to email since it's not available to ATT anymore.
Ability to send sms notification to only TN number, instead of entering the email to text format

Separate mailbox for voicemail and faxes
Some faxes are being received on a user mailbox. So when checked voicemails on user access, faxes are read as VM and it adds up on the mailbox storage. It would be better if we have a separate room for voicemail and faxes.

Visibility on RingCentral App MSI Installer Version Expiration
We currently deploy the RingCentral (RingEx) App using the .msi installer to manually push updates to our employees from our internal server.
We’d like to request a feature that provides visibility or notifications when the installed version is nearing expiration. This would allow us to proactively update and push a newer version, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining app compatibility.
Having an option to either check version validity or receive alerts would be highly beneficial for managing deployments at scale.

That way if the webinar is part of a series or may be mixed with other events (live and online) the host only needs to collect registrants once and then upload them to other webinars in the series. This feature is already available on Events according to their website, please add to webinars.

Option to disable pop up message to be RingCentral member
the pop-up message inviting a user to become a RingCentral member cannot be removed if they are not part of RingCentral when they are invited to a video meeting. The pop-up is designed to encourage non-members to join the platform.
