  1. When you are in events, ideally it should update your Ring EX presence to in a meeting/events etc. Not everyone has calendar presence setup so any time you're in a events session it should ideally update your presence across the Ringcentral portfolio.

  2. I have a customer that would like the ability to give/revoke permission to whiteboard to participants during a meeting. To minimize distractions when necessary, and then turn it on to collaborate.

  3. In the Business Analytics reports, I'd like to see the time spent on videos or meetings. The time and calls inbound or outbound currently don't include things scheduled through RC Video.

  4. Adding call monitoring to a User group in the RingCentral portal, does not allow you to edit the call monitoring features. It will be great to add call recording that only allows Listen only.

  7. Creating a Teams meeting is pretty much the same thing as creating a Ring Central meeting. It creates a link users can click on to join the meeting, from the browser or the app. When you link your Exchange account to your Ring Central account, you have access to all your future meeting, even if they are not Ring Central meetings. That means users can also see their upcoming Teams meetings.   8. We have meeting hosts who are able to access and delete video meeting recordings. Their doing this will also delete the recording from admin portal. Please implement an access control where only super admins can have access to video recordings and hosts/other participants can send a access request to view the recordings.

  9. When someone clicks a reaction, an animated version of the chosen emoji floats upwards from the left side of the screen. The animation of reactions allows participants to express themselves visually during a meeting using emojis. These floating reactions provide immediate feedback to speakers and add energy to the meeting. This feature enhances the remote communication experience! 😊👍🎉

  13. We don't have absolute timestamp (with user timezon or UTC) in video recording neither at interface nor as caption. But that's very helpful sometimes to have not only relative time when we're trying compare timeline with messaging or other events.

  18. Even RC employees are struggling with UX with translation feature for Q&A, so next points:
    - can translation be set to default language of customer? by his/her RC settings
    - make this feature more user-friendly in Webinars UI, for now it's not so native and takes time to point colleagues to exact button

    • Our customer called and he also wants to receive RingCentral offers and billing updates like how is the email in billing contact info is receiving updates.
    • Educate cx that the billing contact info can only take one email putting multiple emails to its box is a feature request
