Allow users joined via browser have the option to start meeting recording
We are hosting RCV meeting and we would like users join in the meeting to be able to record the meeting

Only allow RCV chats between moderator and participants (restrict Participant-to-Participant chat)
Allow chats in an RCV meeting only between Moderator and Participants. Restrict chats participants-to-participant. Schools, for example, do not want students chatting privately during virtual learning. We need chat to be enabled to allow between Teacher-Student (public and private).

Auto-hide old chats
Can we please get a setting in RingCentral to hide any chat over X amount of days automatically? Would love to set it to let's say a week, any old chats to be hidden automatically, otherwise my chat list is impossible to navigate.Thanks!

Better Integration With Audio Devices
I have a Poly Sync 20-M (the Teams version), and other video conferencing apps that I use (Teams, Zoom, etc.) will sync the mute button on the speaker with the mute control in the app. So if I press the mute button in the app with my mouse, the speaker turns red and the mute indicator lights. If I then push the mute button on the speaker, it will turn off mute in the meeting app.

3/4 digit conference number
Creating a conference room with 3/4 digits would be awesome. Internal only to start and have the ability to add a line for external users to connect. Dialing a long distance number with a complicated code is too much for a bunch of people to connect to a conference.Having moved over from Asterisk - I miss this feature.

Play music during video meeting
We would like the ability to add music that all can hear during a team meeting on RC MVP desktop app. We'd like to be able to share a live music stream from YouTube or Spotify or similar services or the ability to play and share music files for all to hear directly from the PC. Without having to share screen and share computer audio.

All future, scheduled meetings in RingCentral Video should be viewable under the Upcoming Meetings tab, just as previous meetings appear...
... under the Past Meetings tab.. We are a mental healthcare provider and rely heavily on telehealth/RCV. Not all of our counselors are equipped with Outlook or Gmail calendars, so when they schedule a meeting in RCV, they choose Meeting Info for Schedule Using so they can copy/paste into an email to their clients. After they save the meeting, it should appear under Upcoming Meetings, just as Zoom does. Some of our counselors have a multitude of future, scheduled meetings, so the ability to view them under Upcoming Meetings would be most helpful. Thank you for any consideration of what…

Lower participant's hand when they start talking
One of the better features of other services for teamwork is hand raising and lowering. In Zoom it automatically lowers the hand of a given participlant once they begin talking, making the meeting flow very well and automatically, rather than having to lower the hands manually.

Save whiteboard items set up prior to call
I use the whiteboard feature to host workshops. It would be nice if I could dial into the call days before the meeting to set up visuals on the whiteboard and have those visuals saved so they are there when the call happens vs I currently have to log into the call early to set the board up and stay on the call or the whiteboard gets erased. As the RC Video Meeting OrganizerI want to send reminder message to any participant on MVPIn order to remind that person to attend the meetingReminder can be in form of message that blinks on the MVP and catches the user attention so that the person can either join the meeting or respond accordingly.Reminder message can be on MVP and also extend to SMS for the person.By default, the feature will be turned on for the MVP user. RC Meetings - add an option to join from RC App to the RCM Join from Browser page
In the Current redirect logic on the RC Meetings page for joining a meeting from web, https://meetings.ringcentral.com/wc/username/[meetingID]/join# there is no link on the page to go join a meeting from the RC App. Please add a link to this page to allow users to join from RC App. The reason for this is that if users have selected to never see the pop-up for RC App (or if the pop-up fails to load for another reason) on the meetings.ringcentral.com/join page, it will automatically redirect to the above join from browser page. Edit apperance options
more options to edit and touch up one’s apperance would be so helpful and is really the only option you guys lack from the competition. A lot of times I have to miss groups to go fix my face with either make up or just miss the whole meeting .
