Webinar Live AI Answers
It's always a bit sad or frustrating seeing the "Answered live" for Q&As in Webinars. We should be able to pull from the transcript and use AI to live answer questions. It could pre-answer questions based upon the transcript and maybe uploaded documentation for the webinar. Then the presenters can approve or modify the answers before submitting.

Remember Custom Names
When a user joins a meeting via telephone, the number is displayed as their identity. This can be edited to display a name, which is fantastic.
It would be awesome if RingCentral could remember the custom name associated with that phone number for future meetings. This would keep the admin from continually changing the names each meeting for repeat participants.

making webinars available as recordings after the event
people in different time zones often struggle to be available to attend webinars so it would be useful to have people register to attend a webinar and afterwards get sent a link to a recording so if they were not able to make it they can pick it up that way

Better Video Quality and Increase Photo Size Limit
For better video quality through SMS messages I would like to request the ability to send and receive videos that does not have to be compressed to a certain file size. Also, for the photos I would like to have the ability to send photos over the size limit of 2 MB to my clients.

Removal of Full-Screen mode under Gallery View (RCV)
Customer is reporting that seems to be an issue on his end, Double clicking a remote control session on Gallery view is transitioning into full screen view. Double clicking it again returning it to gallery view.

Have an option to stop and start a new recording without starting a new meeting or screenshare.
When recording a meeting, screenshare, or webinar- sometimes you have to start over because of a mistake. Please make it possible to begin a new recording (as a separate file) without having to exit the meeting and start a new one. This is to avoid having to go back and edit the original video to remove the beginning.

Auto populate exchange URL & version
Would love the ability to set the Exchange EWS URL and version in the admin portal so that it populates automatically within the RC app on the connect exchange screen for calendar sync. When a domain user changes their password, the connection breaks and they need to re-enter the account information. It would make it much easier if all they need to so is enter their login and password.

The ability to change the order of the Registration Questions .
When the Country selected is Canada, provide a dropdown list of all provinces. This was available on the previous platform.

I hope while in the webinar, there is also a banner for switch device so users can flip from one device to another seamlessly while in the webinar. Not needing to leave the webinar and join using another device.
