Improve Accessiblity to Reactions
I love reactions! However, it can take several clicks and mouse movements to actually access reactions. Then you have to do all of that again so you can turn the reaction off. This makes it a little clunkier to use reactions and it is easier to just raise my hand in person than to use the hand raise reaction.
My suggestion is to add the ability to pin or open a pop up with the reaction options during the meeting (Similar to the chat pop out) or open the reactions menu just by hovering over the button. Or maybe the…

modifying task without duplication
Ability to edit or modify the task by the creator or member without it creating a duplicate that causes confusion.

While editing the task, or assigning a new Assignee, there a post created in the team, but it does not duplicate the task itself in our testing. Is this not the experience you are seeing? Ability to share a portion of the screen
Larger monitors are becoming more popular. Zoom has a feature that allows you to share a Portion of the screen, not whole screen. This is important for individuals with large monitors. For example I have a 49" monitor instead of 3 screens and without being able to share a portion of the screen i'm limited to just sharing windows. If I share full screen, individuals with smaller screens would not be able to see anything as everything will show too small for them.

Allow reprocessing of transcriptions for recorded videos
Allow transcriptions to be reloaded for video recordings where it fails or the transcription setting was not turned on so they can be utilized.
Using past recording transcriptions would be very useful for our business for adding to our knowledge base along with a handful of other reasons.

Automatic bidirectional message translation in RingEX based on a users regional settings
In RingEX, we currently only have the ability to translate a message when composing it. However, I would like to suggest the following feature ideas for future consideration:
The ability to translate an inbound message in RingEX. Currently, the only option is to copy and paste the message into Google Translate or a similar tool.
When we have bidirectional translation, I would like to suggest automatically translating a message when it is in a language different from the recipient's language (based on the user's regional settings in RingEX).

When you were tied to Zoom there was the ability for us to choose a shape and the color of that shape when we were annotating in the video when sharing information. That made it easy for us to identify what we were focusing on. It had a pen feature, but I never used it. And I hate that I can't choose the color of the pen that I use. It is a light color and blends into the information we are sharing.

Disable "always on top" when screen sharing
When screen sharing, the participant window turns into "always on top" mode, which makes it difficult to navigate other windows, and doesn't allow screenshots. This window should not be set to be always on top, or there should be an option to disable always on top for it.

Allow Admins to Enable HD Video for their Users
One of our customers has been having issues with their Video Quality. The recommendation is to have the User Enable their HD Video. The company has 1200 users. Instructing people one by one is not exactly efficient or sustainable. The customer request is to have a global setting to enable HD video across the organisation.

host can view into multiple breakout rooms at a time
Allow hosts to manage, control, view multiple breakout rooms at the same time. As a host, after I move participants into breakout rooms, I would like to be able to view what is happening in the breakout room without needing to join them. In a perfect world, I would be able to project an image or a video into a breakout room without needing to join them. A golden star level would be ability to speak into a specific breakout room (the way intercom works in schools) without joining the room or loosing view of other rooms

Add the ability to create sub tasks assigned to different team members.
Example: Main task: write report - team A, Sub task 1: get numbers - team member A, sub task 2 write section B - team member B, Sub task 3: finalize report - Team member C,
Main task is complete after all subtasks are completed by team members.

Minimize sharing screen option
Whenever we are sharing screen, there is no option to minimize the options on top. We can only move it left to right, top to bottom. It would be better if it has the option just like with Zoom to minimize those options.
