Screen clipping feature in chat
Sharing just a small item or part of a document in chat is a time saver. Currently. I have to open snippet app, snippet item, copy it, then paste it in RC chat window. Would be wonderful to have your own screen clipping tool in chat.

Allow you to tag an individual to notify you their presence is now available.
You tag a person, so as soon as they go green/available you are alerted so you can contact them. Instead of sending messages while they are busy or away.

submit idea button in app not just meetings
As an administrator we get ideas sent to us from end users. if the submit an idea button was just in the app not just in the meeting screen - you might be more.

Send Webinar poll based on attendant Role
The request is to use the fields within the Webinar registration form to send polls based on entries within these fields. For instance, if someone registers as a "Manager" and another as a "Director", the ability to send polls specific to those titles.

Allow special characters in user last name field
We would like to be able to show our pronouns next to our last name, but the field doesn't allow special characters in the name field. Please either add a new field for pronouns, that would show next to the name in the RingCentral Meetings app, or allow special characters in the last name field.

Save scheduled meetings
I think it would be great to be able to save/bookmark scheduled meetings. Right now, I have to copy/paste the link from my Outlook Calendar to Ring Central every day for our daily meeting. It would be so much easier to just click in Ring Central, join this meeting.

Automatic Recording on RCV
There is currently no option to automatically record a meeting for Ringcentral Video unlike its latter, Ringcentral Meetings.

Schedule multiple meetings for the same time
I would like to be able to schedule more than one RC Video Meeting at the same time for different audiences. We use RC for virtual interviewing and often have multiple candidates scheduled at the same time. I create these meetings from my host account and its rather frustrating that it is not possible to have multiple concurrent meetings taking place

See entire class while sharing screen!
When you are sharing your screen with a classroom of students as a host, the gallery view of your students turns into a strip of about 4-5 only. There is no way to see the rest of the class until you stop sharing. In a classroom setting, this prohibits a teacher from having a discussion, as they can only see a few of their students while presenting material. It would be great (especially with dual monitors) to be able to maximize the entire gallery view with all participants on one screen and have the shared material on a second screen.

Support for virtual cameras (such as OBS Software)
Many users use OBS for streaming to YouTube and presenting through Zoom. OBS gives users enhanced video features not otherwise available from a basic video conferencing system. RingCentral does not currently support input video feeds from software-based virtual cameras (though Zoom does).

Add a feature to the gallery view to reserve the top, center position for the current speaker
One of the unnaturally things about video conferencing is that every is looking away, to some extent. Unless they are trained TV personalities :-)For the speaker there is no sense of eye contact and, since the order that people appear in the gallery varies, people are looking in different directions, which is also strange.I suggest adding a feature to the gallery view to reserve the top, center position for the current speaker.This way, other participants can approximate eye contact while looking at the speaker, and have all the participants in view. Resize Picture in Picture Window
The picture in picture window is too small and it is not useable for when others are sharing their screen.It would be helpful to have the ability to expand the size of the picture in picture window.This is helpful for multitasking.I do this with web-based meeting platforms such as Google meet where I can resize it and place it elsewhere, while I do other work.
