Have option for RingCentral Video to automatically call me one minute prior to the start of my meetings
Amazon Chime has this feature. And when I worked at Amazon, it was very useful in helping me to be on time for my meetings. I've been working at RingCentral now for three weeks, and I've already been late to a meeting because I lost track of time while working.The way it works in Amazon Chime is that Amazon Chime rings me for my meeting with the option to accept, decline, or indicate that I'm running late by selecting a number of minutes from a dropdown (e.g., 2, 5, 10, 15). Master Volume Control
Being able to lower/mute the volume of a meeting you're in would be a quick way of removing its sound from your ears while you take/make another browser-based call (another ringcentral meeting, a Google Hangouts call, etc) without having to leave the meeting. Currently I launch v.ringcentral.com in a different browser and adjust the entire browser's volume session in Window's Volume Mixer to achieve this.

Option to turn off Active Speaker Expansion in Gallery View of RC Video Meeting
In gallery view the active user's window slightly expands and zooms in and out as people converse. This is visually distracting, especially during conversations with multiple people. I suggest having the option for users to turn this feature off. Simply highlighting the active speaker with a color border is preferred.

RCV Compatibility with Owl Labs all-in-one Mic/Camera/Speaker
The OWL Labs product aligns with the future removal of the clunk around conferencing equipment. It is compatible with Zoom and RC Meetings, but it does not seem to yet be compatible with RCV. I would offer that it that joining the other top industry platforms in making RCV compatible with the OWL would generate further adoption of the RCV platform.

A few customers have asked if RCV can support a meeting pop up reminder similar to how Teams works when meeting has commenced or people have joined/waiting.

Could be useful for independent, low-budget participants in group meetings, as tablets have less capacity to handle larger groups.

Update status in app when in a webinar
Right now, I have the RingCentral app open and my status is "Available" while I'm in a RingCentral webinar as a participant. It would be great, while the app is open, to show some other status similar to a video status that automatically updates and lets my contacts know that I'm not available, but in a "video" meeting. It would be a bonus if there was an icon instead of just a red circle, so that there was more information provided to all contacts.

Keyboard Shortcuts
Keyboard shortcuts used to exist to kill audio or video in the previous RC. I had them mapped to one key on my keyboard each. That is 100x easier and faster than having to grab your mouse and mouse over to the audio and video buttons on the app. If there's a loud sudden background noise or you need to kill your video feed quickly just hit your keyboard shortcut. PLEASE bring this back. Thanks!

Announcement of Time Left in Meetings - within 5 to 3 mins
It would be helpful to have a courtesy time announcement that is automatically played for all participants so we do not have to step over someone talking/presenting. I would like to have options when setting this for each meeting (fixed time, based on meeting end, amount of time prior to end, etc).

Rearrange video windows around on screen
It'd be helpful to be able to rearrange windows on a meeting screen. I like to have my window low or off to the side and have key peoples' windows near the top as it appear more natural to look at the top of the screen (where the camera sits on top of my monitor) rather than looking down in the bottom corner or whatever.

Display entire voicemail-to-text transcription in voice-to-text notification email
There is a limitation to RingCentral's voicemail-to-text transcription as described in this article: https://support.ringcentral.com/article/8045.html
When the transcriptions occurs, only a partial transcription preview is included in the voice-to-text notification email (not full).
It would be of great help to our business to receive the full transcription in the voice-to-text notificatino email, as this would allow us to read the entire transcription in the email itself, and we could avoid having to download the attached voicemail audio file, and listen to it in its entirely (as we must do for now) for long messages.
This change would have a meaningful impact…

The ability to download RC Meetings/Webinars in bulk instead of one by one.
Being able to download the recorded meetings/webinars in bulk (like a .zip file) or download all would be a great, instead of having to download all meetings one-by-on-by-one. Currently when going to the recorded meetings in the admin settings, we don't have the ability to do so or to at least select multiple meetings to download at the same time.

Add Airplay for RingCentral Video Rooms
The old RC meetings rooms had great airplay compatibility. Our employees use it daily in our conference rooms. We are unable to roll out the new RC Video Rooms since airplay is NOT an option yet. PLEASE add it for the next release. Thanks

Ability to Join RCM Links using RCV
We have set up a lot of meetings ahead of time using RCM, and now that we're migrating to RCV, we are unable to join existing RCM Links using RCV. We can do this at the moment but once migration is complete, all existing scheduled RCM meetings won't be usable anymore. A feature that would be able to toggle between the two meeting platform will really help us once migration is completed.

Please add Support for Barco Clickshare devices in RCV Rooms in line with competition
Teams, Zoom and Webex all support Barco Clickshare Devices, because RingCentral Rooms does not currently support the Clickshare device, users are unable to pass the clickshare around the room and reshare content.

Request Screen Control for host when invite sent from delegate
I plan meetings for my team and will send invites on their behalf. Customer will share their screen, but my teammate, even though I sent invite from their profile, does not allow them to request control.
