In Meeting Video Options - Scrolling and/or Zoom increments
Currently viewing a presenter's screen can be very challenging. Fit to Window many times results in a very small image that's impossible to discern details. This is especially problematic when the presenter is running a high resolution and they are presenting small text i.e. a spreadsheet. The option of Original Size makes the image easy to see. However, the image is cropped to only see the center portion of the presenter's screen. Add ability to allow users to set meeting to record while scheduling the meeting
RingCentral Meetings allowed for users to set automatic recording of a meeting at the time that they were scheduling a meeting / creating the meeting for the first time. This would allow the meeting to automatically start recording once the meeting started without the user having to remember to hit the record button. RingCentral Video does not have this feature and many of our staff have become accustomed to having this feature and are forgetting to record their meetings because they are accustomed to it doing this for them. Update status in app when in a webinar
Right now, I have the RingCentral app open and my status is "Available" while I'm in a RingCentral webinar as a participant. It would be great, while the app is open, to show some other status similar to a video status that automatically updates and lets my contacts know that I'm not available, but in a "video" meeting. It would be a bonus if there was an icon instead of just a red circle, so that there was more information provided to all contacts.

Stream meetings to Social media
Please create an easy way to be able to stream meetings to social media like youtube.com, facebook.com and the like.Our organization like many others have public meetings and with the new normal of hybrid meeting environments allowing us to stream to social media allows for more of the public to have access to those public meetings.

Keyboard Shortcuts
Keyboard shortcuts used to exist to kill audio or video in the previous RC. I had them mapped to one key on my keyboard each. That is 100x easier and faster than having to grab your mouse and mouse over to the audio and video buttons on the app. If there's a loud sudden background noise or you need to kill your video feed quickly just hit your keyboard shortcut. PLEASE bring this back. Thanks!

Allow presenter to "spotlight" their mouse in RC Video meeting (RC Meetings feature)
RC Meetings had the following feature: Show a specifically colored (ideally red) icon with the mouse to "highlight" certain areas on the screen. This feature was in the area where you can also "mark up" the screen to draw circles to indicate certain areas. Additionally allow the mouse to be clicked when using this feature.

Change Names
For our company, it is key that we are able to change people's names for privacy reasons. The caller should be able to change when they come in and the Host should always have access to change it. Privacy is key when working with attorneys!

modifying task without duplication
Ability to edit or modify the task by the creator or member without it creating a duplicate that causes confusion.

Hello, we need additional information about this request. While editing the task, or assigning a new Assignee, there a post created in the team, but it does not duplicate the task itself in our testing. Is this not the experience you are seeing? Please let us know more, and attach screenshots if possible. Thank you!

When a group of people in a meeting i would prefer we were able to raise your hand when wanting to ask a question etc.

Remote Control for RCM via browser
User still utilized RingCentral Meetings for video meeting and this has limited the remote control. This should still be available while RingCentral meeting is in transition to RingCentral video.

Allow Rooms device to connect to other providers meetings
Rooms appliance only allows connection to RingCentral meetings. This is a major inconvenience in the event that we need to join a video meeting from a different provider such as Teams, Webex, or ZOOM.
Please find a way to allow Rooms appliance to connect to other meetings and not just Call in.

Call Monitoring
Adding call monitoring to a User group in the RingCentral portal, does not allow you to edit the call monitoring features. It will be great to add call recording that only allows Listen only.
