settings in seperate windows
Settings doesn't appear in a seperate window. While I am on a call, and have the gallery on one screen, I can change settings by moving the settings to my second screen and not interupt the gallery view.

Private Chat with just host or cohost
We would like to keep students from chatting with each other privately by being able to disable private chat and only allowing private chats to happen between attendees and the host.

Create Polls within the RC Meetings App
While on a live scheduled RC Meetings with no polls created yet, when the host clicks on Polling to "Add a Question" a new tab would populate, prompting the host to login to service.ringcentral.com to add the polling question there. Instead, there should be a way to create or add a Polling question into a RingCentral Meetings instead having the host to login to service.ringcentral.com, navigate to More > My Meetings > create the poll from there. This feature will benefit the host and the participants by saving more time for the poll to be created.

Template for Polling - RC Meetings
There should be a template option available for Polling under the Meetings settings in service web. That way, the same polls can be uploaded to multiple RC Meetings. This will save the host of the meeting time when it comes to creating polls for multiple RC Meetings, when the host can just upload the template to the meetings

Prompt for Client Download
Currently, when an attendee click a meeting link, the RingCentral Client is automatically downloaded every time. It is a common behavior to click the link in the meeting invite instead of going to the RC app and starting the meeting from there. This results in users having the client install file downloaded multiple times when not needed.First option would be to detect if user already has the RC Client and prevent the download from initiating. If that isn't possible the change the web landing page to prompt the user to download the client instead of forcing it.

Change Outgoing Video Call Sound Settings
The outgoing Video Call sound is a bit loud and obnoxious compared to the Phone call. It would be nice to be able to change the tone, volume, and/or disable it.

RingCentral Video Allow participants to point with their mouse
TeamViewer has a great feature, remote pointing, that allows participants to click on the presenter's screen and have the participant's mouse pointer temporarily appear at the desired location. The pointer is large and colored to be noticeable and also has the participant's name to identify who is pointing. The pointer is just visual and does not have the ability to click elements on the presenter's screen. Pretty much what the title says: Update Canvas LTI interface to put meetings in both the meetings portion of the course and in the overall Canvas calendar (like Zoom does).This benefits students by giving them a single place to look for all of their virtual Zoom classes. They can go to the calendar and click to enter. This is also a requirement from our Dean of Students' Office. Because of that, we haven't been able to switch from Zoom to RingCentral yet.

more a virtual foreground - paste a company logo (transparent .png file) or add text to such as name and title would provide a professional touch.
