Sometimes our clients join the meeting by browser and we need to be able to put them in Breakout Rooms. It works in ZOOM.

Closed Captions Permanently On
For accessibility reasons, I need closed captions on for all my meetings. It's very inconvenient to have to turn them on manually for every meeting. It would be great if this was something that could be turned on or off in general settings so it could be automatically on all the time. If I join a meeting and other people have already joined and are talking, I miss some of the conversation until I'm able to manually turn captions on. Please consider this for those who need accessibility feature.

Administrative Enforcement of RingCentral Videos settings for all users on the account
It would be helpful to be able to have RingCentral Video Templates or Profiles that users can select when scheduling meetings. Profiles could include fields being made mandatory. Hello, This is more of a suggestion for future releases of RingCentral Video as the application is working as expected now. Video is frustrating a lot of our users and many have stopped using Video and switched to Teams. This is due to how RingCentral responds when clicking on the meeting link from email invites.The meeting webpage loads as expected and the browser is set to open the application by default. The application does join the meeting, yet the webpage changes the screen to join meeting. Many users join both on the webpage and the application and creates countless issues.…
